How to fix DollMe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DollMe app on iPhone
Update DollMe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DollMe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DollMe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DollMe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DollMe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DollMe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DollMe App
1. On android, goto Settings » DollMe » click [Force Stop]

Update DollMe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DollMe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DollMe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DollMe.

Fix DollMe unable to contact server/ DollMe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DollMe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DollMe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DollMe
