I saw a very simple ad for this app on TikTok. I'm a huge advocate for mental health, so my curiosity was peaked and I decided to give it a shot.
I'm truly loving KownWell. What a revolutionary idea, which should have been put in place a long time ago. What a brilliant piece of technology, to give everyone access to a responsive and insightful entity who will help build you up as a person without paying a subscription fee for it.
People who need it the most, unfortunately don't always have the resources they need in order to see a professional counselor. What an incredible idea which has been pioneered. Short or long entries are both treated with equal mindfulness in response and I could not recommend this app enough.
Exceptional tool for self reflection

I saw an ad for this, and since I was preparing for my therapist’s maternity leave, I figured this could bridge the gaps. What I found was a platform that, through targeted daily prompts that build on what is obviously on my mind, I had an outlet that I was able to bring my full self to, with no fear of judgement or backlash. It has become a part of my daily routine, and has allowed me to track mood cycles, delve into things that are truly bothering me, and treat myself with a kindness and grace that I had been struggling with while still maintaining accountability. As a librarian and educator, I am consistently wary of AI, but if this is the balance to the “assisted” papers I have to grade, I’ll take that trade!

Y'all are the best ever. Is it just me or do y'all giv tips and what to say to people. The only thing I want more is a update of call the ai and speak with it. If you can please do I never called ai before in my life! And voice changing and customize the knownwell portrait of ai facetime of this app. I love y'all app so much at the young age before a teen.
