I was charged for a free trial. It said I had a free trial for 3 days and then I would me charged 6.99. I clicked accept and I was charged 10.81. I need this fixed
I cancel my service and they still charging me every week how can i stop the charging fees

Should I start with the fact that every time I snap a picture, it tells me the app doesn’t have camera access?
Or, the fact that the answers are written out in plain text only, no graphs, and you’re left to decipher the computer language?
And on top of that, it’s got about a 10% success rate on any question regarding math above the ninth grade.

This app has a nice interface and of course all the manners in it, however you cannot edit your scans, you cannot ask the ai to continue the question and it never finishes explaining how to solve it before it runs out of space on the screen. This app is a waste and you’re better off just using free ChatGPT. Do NOT pay for this.

Unfortunately I was charged before I could cancel, but regarding the cancellation they don’t make it easy so unless you truly are going to use this app for a while and not for a trial purpose do not purchase. It takes a while and you get billed still.
