I am trying to order Mysterium 2 years unlimited but & tried to chat on a Sunday, and Saw "Davilijus... Vinius, Lithusania"... with a reply of "You'll get replies here and in your email. The team will be back tomorrow". Same message on Monday. But on Tuesday Davilius, responded to elaborate more. I asked 2 questions: 1. if unlimited devices really meant unlimited and 2. which days are they open for chat? In response, I got a link to the same page I was on & I asked the same question 2 more times, I got a reply that if it is on our web page than it is true. I kept copying and pasting an image of chat message saying that "we will back tomorrow". He kept saying we are open 24x7. I told him that I am pasting from this same message from top & if I could talk with someone else? He told me that is not possible and wrote "Sir, I wrote you 2 times that we are providing support on weekends. This is the 3rd one.".. then I pasted again and told him to please look at the Mysterium Picture answer.. and he responded "I see that this conversation just going back and forth. Is there any help I can provide you?"

You have very bad and blacklisted ip.
I requested for a refund on the 6th day of subscription because it was unbearable but till now, I'm yet to get my refund..
Its been 2 weeks now

This is absolutely bad! Why will you increase the price of subscription to that extent without even considering your users? And it’s not as if we’re really enjoying the VPN, the VPN as always be frustrating.
Please you guys should do something on that, the amount is too high, it’s not everybody that can afford, pls try and be considerate.
