You have very bad and blacklisted ip.
I requested for a refund on the 6th day of subscription because it was unbearable but till now, I'm yet to get my refund..
Its been 2 weeks now
It was good until they flooded the IP pool with known residential proxies and datacenter IPs. I don’t know what they did, but major IP databases (IP2location) identify almost all IPs as proxies, not as residential IPs.
wish there’s 0 zero rating, you guys don’t deserve to be rated, you are the most useless and most stupid VPN provider ever
What is happening to USA IPs? For the past two weeks, Mysterium’s performance has gone from best to worst, and nothing is working. Please look into this because people’s subscription is being wasted day in and day out.
This is absolutely bad! Why will you increase the price of subscription to that extent without even considering your users? And it’s not as if we’re really enjoying the VPN, the VPN as always be frustrating.
Please you guys should do something on that, the amount is too high, it’s not everybody that can afford, pls try and be considerate.

Long time ago it was great, when I decided to pay for a year I cannot connect me any node.
Every update is worse.
I have a very frustrating experience with MysteriumVPN. It charges 12 Eur per month and I cannot find an “unsubscribe” button. It is not shown in my IPhone and there is no such option on their website
App only works 40% of the time and logs me out randomly. Also currently signs me out when I go into MysteriumVPN claiming I don’t have a subscription when I still have it til January 24th! Outrageous. Also when asking for a refund when I accidentally purchased it rather than the pc version they wouldn’t budge.
allow me to click a country, and display all IP address'es with signal strength so i can select the best like the myst dark app lets you do. i will edit this comment when MysteriumVPN gets done. i dont like that it auto selects ip for me, i would like to pick, or even pick from favorites, what happen to favorites? where i had my favorites IP saved. allow me to create custom names/tags/labels for my favorites.
While this VPN has potential, there are too many nuances right now for me to recommend it. It’s definitely not ready to compete with the “big guys” in its current state:
A few major issues:
No kill switch
No ability to select connection type
US Servers - slow, sporadically disconnects
Does not block ads
Disconnects on its own if you close MysteriumVPN
Why the unnecessary need to sign in always?
This vpn is the best vpn I’ve seen on the internet. No one comes close with their residential ip’s. I will advise in their next update, the user interface should be able to let you select a particular state since it’s a random state now. As a paid service client, I should be able to select a particular state I want to connect to.
This is very good app especially for iPhone users, it’s great and it doesn’t slow down network
Establishing connection got faster recently, and the IPs still seem residential. This VPN opens much more websites, even those specifically blocking VPNs in addition to being georestricted, due to “domestic” IP addresses as opposed to usual “commercial network” IP addresses. Allowed me to open unreasonably restricted websites from my home country, and to subscribe to Youtube through a cheaper country.
I like MysteriumVPN it gives you piece of mind from internet cruelty. And fixing the problems of two much storage.
