I have been a Yoga Works member for more than 25 years and while the times have changed this app has been a saving grace for my life. So many great choices and classes, all on my own time. There truly is something for everyone.
I lost 40 lbs using Yogaworks App

During the pandemic I had no recourse for exercising as my gym had closed. Yogaworks was my only source for safe, healthy exercise. Through Yogaworks, I able to discover mobility and flexibility exercises that I didn’t have at the gym. Two years later I lost 40 lbs and discovered meditation. Yogaworks app is now my gym on the go and I don’t weights. Today I do to the gym 2x a week and use the yogaworks app daily for 20min or a 1 hour class. Never have I felt comfortable exercising until yogaworks.

I love the new design of the app. It’s so user friendly and keeps me inspired to check out new programs weekly. Plus, they added so many teachers that I can easily find my favorites and practice with them. The live schedule and calendar function is absolutely incredible. Now I never have to worry about missing a class in real time. Thank you for making these changes!!
