All is machine operated, there is a problem with my transaction, the coffee shop did not see it, but balance already deducted. I tried to open help ticket, but the automated response is that process is successful.
Tidak bisa bicara sama orang ya, dan untuk minta tolong masalah teknis dimana toko tidak menerima pesanan. Tidak bisa.
Worst support aka non existent

Great app when everything works. If you run into an issue be prepared to just get robot answers and never get anything fixed.
Terrible customer support

If anything goes wrong don’t expect customer support to help. They do everything they can not to connect you to a human agent, and when you finally connect to a human they just copy paste the same answer over and over again. The customer support needs a big improvement.

i no longer can top up using a virtual bank account anymore since a pop up showed up forcing me to upgrade to a pro account. i know it’s free and offers some benefit, but i don’t want to upload my id/photo to use this service. as it is now, this app is literally unusable for me.
