I like the chord analysis of MusicMemos , but the lyric analysis is all messed up in the timing. I am not talking about slight errors but major errors. The AI can detect the words very well, just a slight word off here and there, that is great for AI. But the placemeent of the words is either all grouped together or no even close to the correct phrase or chord. And the editing of the lyrics is flaky at best, sometimes if you click add lyrics the box pops up for a second then dissapears. So, I would put MusicMemos in the category of a toy, not a serious app that can be useful. I hope the devs look into these issues and then I can change my assessment of the tool.

MusicMemos is a great alternative to ChordAI! I am currently subscribed to the Pro Subscription monthly, and it truly works wonders. However, there is a current bug in MusicMemos : every time i try to change from “basic” to “all” chords, or turn on voicing, MusicMemos freezes. And when I reopen MusicMemos , the memo file appears blank, with the time 0:00 out of 0:00. Hopefully this bug’ll be fixed very soon!!!

I like MusicMemos a lot. But how do I continue to record a song from a previous session? I do not see a “record” option? So I have to start an entirely new memo to add parts to the song.

I would appreciate this to be fixed please.

Newbie however I find an amazing value in MusicMemos due to the dictionary and the ability to change from standard tuning to any tuning. And the chord fingering charts are a bonus.

Would be great if i could edit the guitar chord diagrams to the actual chords I am playing.

App will crash randomly, which is whatever. But the main issue I’ve been having is accessing the Media Library. It will open, then immediately close every time after the Media Library button is pressed. I still recommend MusicMemos because it’s so much better than just recording in Voice Memos

There’s really very little like this out there. Love their other app Chord AI and this one for my purposes is great. Chord AI is a little expensive but an awesome product that allows me to save tons of time — also the seamless connection between chord change, voicing, and the audio makes it so much easier to practice while using this compared to regular tab. This does a lot of the same stuff for less.

As a novice MusicMemos has helped me figure out so much of what my current ear can’t figure out. Thank you 🙏
