Great disappointment from the UI, especially after coming from HSBC app. Everything feels old. Better to upgrade it quickly before you see an exodus of accounts (and exodus of money).

App is beta at best. I can’t even download the PDF of my IBAN.

MesComptesCCF is very different from the HSBC app. It will require time to get used to it. It’s still Beta so, I hope it gets better.
More concerning is the security. The combination of identifier and password being done only with number is a huge security concern.
On top of it, the system seems to fail from time to time with the password. So, you have to use the forget my password function… even though I knew my password and keyed it in correctly.
So the behavior of MesComptesCCF and website are REALLY strange and scary for security purposes.

MesComptesCCF continues to be very disappointing. One cannot carry out the most basic functions without having to ask an advisor or speak to someone on the phone. TERRIBLE! Isn’t anyone going to improve this mess?!?

Many features are missing or broken. Very limited password strength, which means that this banking app is less secure than my grocery delivery app. Can only use MesComptesCCF on 1 phone, not no clear way on how to switch to a new one. New messages don’t trigger a notification. No integration with keychain. Notification menu doesn’t include new messages with advisor…

Very disappointed with the quality of the service offered by CCF. Since they acquired HSBC my experience as a client is just going downhill. MesComptesCCF is another proof of that.

I can’t transfer money that people are expecting if MesComptesCCF is down 90% of the time !! I then transferred thru the web but had to confirm on MesComptesCCF that was not working !

I will have to change banks because of this

This bank, CCF, is by far the worst bank I have ever experienced. Every month some feature stops working or gets reset. I waste so much time each month having the bank fix the issues. I’m done with them, time to close this account which maddens me as I was with HSBC for 12 years! Down the drain.

Simply doesnt work and the support is useless

I never write app reviews, but MesComptesCCF… it just never works. It has become a running joke between friends- and has resulted in me nearly switching banks. There is no reason I should go 5 days with no access to banking because of the apps technical difficulties. I’ve never had an app that was constantly broken, but never having updates. I can hardly go on

This may be a great app, but I’ve been trying to connect for almost three months and all I get is "Les informations renseignées ne nous permettent pas de vous identifier."
I was told that many overseas clients are having this problem.

The worst app in the world. MesComptesCCF NEVER works at all… I’m always having to try again another day because there’s always a technical error. How do I check what’s in my bank account if the stupid app doesn’t work. It’s so frustrating and really shouldn’t be that hard

MesComptesCCF just say it’s temporarily unavailable for a week. The web page just says error occurred.

Without logging in, I cannot find advisor contact or book a rdv or even check anything.

Worse app possible. It works some days but then many more doesn’t!
The features are not easy to decipher and for someone like me who has several bank accounts this is bad quality.I am having to call my very patient bank contact to ask for transactions which she refuses to do asking me to go back to MesComptesCCF !!!
It’s not rocket science. You just need to check other bank apps that are successful.
Very frustrating for me.

Rien ne fonctionne, impossible de se connecter. Ni avec FaceID ni avec le code de sécurité.
Absolument catastrophique.

App is broken again - need to use a browser to access transactions with critical deadline

I really had hoped that a brand new app would be better than the old app of HSBC but somehow it’s worse than ever!!

Things that are missing to be able to rate MesComptesCCF higher:
- Dark mode
- Instantly showing all credit card / debit transactions after they happen in MesComptesCCF
- Showing the transfers that were scheduled in HSBC and still occur but don’t show up in CCF!!!
- Generally a cleaner and easier to use interface..it feels like a 1990s website. Just look at Revolut or N26, copy & paste…
- Modern security and password requirements. What is this ridiculous passphrase nonsense ? Just enforce a single complex password (AND ALLOW PASTING OF PASSWORDS OH MY GOD!!) and enforce 2FA+ biometrics

I’ll stop there but if at least some of those things could be done the application would be more useable and not so deplorable as it is today :/

Cette application est tout simplement un échec complet.. impossible de payer , comme prévu avec son code pour les achat par internet
Impossible de voir le relevé de ses cartes de crédit
Aspect esthétique de l app : tellement vieux jeu et basique..
Pourtant il aura suffit peut être de garder celle d’HSBC ..

Horrible app, especially after HSBC. So far the transition is horrible from HSBC to CCF

Half if MesComptesCCF doesn’t work.
UI is not very intuitive.
Way worst than the former HSBC App.

MesComptesCCF does not update my transactions, and they’re only processed like 24 hours later. It’s really annoying and hard to keep track of money. Update it please. The security is also lacking.

I’ve been getting this error since I tried accessing my accounts after the migration. Two weeks. Will update this review every month to see how long this « temporary unavailability » will last

That app is so bad it could be used to teach what not to do when creating a mobile banking app. Ugly design, awkward UX, ridiculous onboarding - involving a letter, by post, to enable FaceID -, it would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

The only explanation is probably that the goal is to rapidly wrap up and close ex-HSBC banking activities in France, and MesComptesCCF was designed with zero budget.

And what's with the "Banque des Caraibes" developer? As an ex-HSBC entity, this is really on the nose.

First off, not sure why this is labeled Carribean Bank app! CCF is a traditional French bank, or so I thought when they took over our hsbc accounts. The clunkiness of MesComptesCCF is surprising for a large bank, especially since the changeover has been in the works for at least a year. I encountered a bug within first 5 min of use while attempting to message my banker. Had to close and restart. Not reassuring…

Absurd when some banks are able to do it in real time!! Makes managing money difficult.

MesComptesCCF is a lot better than the previous HSBC app. The UI is good and it feels like a modern day banking app, unlike before.

Thanks God this one is completely different than the HSBC, way more user friendly, nicely designed and with many great functions. Thank you CCF.

I was prepared for this experience to be terrible, but I’ve been delighted every step of the way. Especially love that I can just tap to confirm a purchase instead of all the clunky HSBC codes.
