I changed my phone number so now I can’t log into apps installed on new devices.
Many foreign banks allow you to change your phone number online. LCL doesn’t—you have to manually call them. Incredible impractical.

Just installed it again after not using it for a few years. I entered my identifiant and password, and it showed my account numbers.
But that's as far as I can get before MesComptes crashes. Every time. And it can't be a cache issue because I just freshly installed it.
And it doesn't remember my identifiant either, which is a random 10 digit number that I don't know by heart, so that's pretty inconvenient.
A few years ago I was thinking boy, LCL is way behind compared to American Banking apps like Bank of America. It's now 2018 and it's only gotten worse.

Much easier to manage account through this iOS app versus the online LCL website which is a pain to navigate. Keep improving MesComptes please, it's a great start!! Sharing with all my connections with LCL bank accounts.

I can not speak french and I want to use english. MesComptes has not english language although the developer said it contains french and english. I hop to use it by english. Please add the english to MesComptes

The user interface is very friendly and easy to use! I am very impressed. The concepts follow a very similar mapping as in the website account page. I will be using this more often!

MesComptes is a far cry from the apps that have been released by Citibank and Wells Fargo in the US. For example, it does not allow one to make deposits using one's iPhone or iPad camera. In addition, the navigation through MesComptes is rather balky and difficult. MesComptes also does not offer an English version despite the description of MesComptes provided by the developer.

In the previous versions you could save your log in ID, this version no longer offers that option. You have to enter the ID every time you want to log on, it's rather annoying.

Often actions and menu navigation seem counterintuitive. Lots of bells and whistles for no reason. Also, would have liked to have touchID rather than the silly messed up keyboard entry.

Il manque notamment le support pour iPhone 5. Sinon l'app est très pratique, je l'utilise juste pour regarder mes comptes.

J’avais un problème avec la double identification pour faire une opération de virement. J’ai fait une demande et on m’a répondu très rapidement en me donnant la marche à suivre. C’était réglé sans perte de temps.

En 2016, et avec des moyens de 10.000 fois supérieurs aux entrepreneurs qui lancent des apps tous les jours, LCL n'est pas foutu de faire une appli qui marche.
Virements : erreur. Messagerie: erreur. Même le feedback interne: erreur. Et ce après reinstall, et depuis 6 mois.
