Great disappointment from the UI, especially after coming from HSBC app. Everything feels old. Better to upgrade it quickly before you see an exodus of accounts (and exodus of money).

First off, not sure why this is labeled Carribean Bank app! CCF is a traditional French bank, or so I thought when they took over our hsbc accounts. The clunkiness of this app is surprising for a large bank, especially since the changeover has been in the works for at least a year. I encountered a bug within first 5 min of use while attempting to message my banker. Had to close and restart. Not reassuring…

That app is so bad it could be used to teach what not to do when creating a mobile banking app. Ugly design, awkward UX, ridiculous onboarding - involving a letter, by post, to enable FaceID -, it would be funny if it wasn't so sad.
The only explanation is probably that the goal is to rapidly wrap up and close ex-HSBC banking activities in France, and the app was designed with zero budget.
And what's with the "Banque des Caraibes" developer? As an ex-HSBC entity, this is really on the nose.
