MesComptesBNPParibas is OK, it’s not great. Sometimes it tells me that the service is unavailable or that I cannot access MesComptesBNPParibas at that time. When I tried to add beneficiaries to send money transfers to, it tells me that the service is temporarily unavailable. There doesn’t seem to be anything temporary about that fact. It’s pretty lame that I still have to physically go to the bank to take care of things that I should be able to do on the application. Also, it’s 2019, it would be great if there was a way to deposit checks via the application as one can certainly do in other countries. BNP is supposed to be a great bank but I find it to be incredibly average and often a hassle.

This bank is so bad that I wouldn’t have expected anything better from their app. Very often the services are “momentarily unavailable”. Sending a message is possible 1 time out of 20. Other operations have the same problems...
I’m planning to leave this bank and if you are new there I would suggest you one thing: run as fast as you can. I’ve never ever seen such incompetent counselors before. The director of my agency isn’t any better, it’s very disappointing... they could get an award for being this bad, it’s out of this world!

I use MesComptesBNPParibas daily and for years now but I have to write a review to say I am so fed up with MesComptesBNPParibas I can’t believe BNP can’t afford to fix its many glitches and bugs. Every now and then maybe but constantly and for weeks I’ve found errors in the temporary balance amount shown. It is simple math to show my current balance and then the charges that are to come. It has limited functionalities and I am just amazed that a bank of this level can’t provide a working app for its customers.

MesComptesBNPParibas is very capable, but does not have an English version. Please provide English like the website does.

Just average good but far far from being as good as it should. And this one is way better than the horrible other apps from BNP which looks like prehistoric times from first iPhone. Le’t think this is a first minimal viable product and then the innovation team will perform a better version.

I have nothing but positive things to say about BNP. You can do almost anything you could want from MesComptesBNPParibas.

It’s a pretty easy app to be used. Well designed and no bugs recorded. Definitely recommended

Let’s see: what could go wrong? Well pretty much everything. Terrible user interface, lack of features, overly tight security, useless and gimmicky messaging, and I could on and on. Get your act together and just copy the Chase app.

When using MesComptesBNPParibas never sure if it is going to work properly particularly for transfers. Very average, lots of glitches especially during weekends

So I cannot log into my account because a pop up has tells me MesComptesBNPParibas needs to be updated. When at MesComptesBNPParibas Store anothe pop up message tells me the update is not available in my country (USA) or region... Someone needs to be told BNP costumers travel outside of France...

Access is not available to all accounts. This means there is no transfer between accounts possible via app.

Hope to have an English version soon in MesComptesBNPParibas

For several days now, I can’t access my accounts (even through the website!). It says each time- “service indisponible.” Please fix this error!! ASAP!!

Very practical app, and complete. Only bad point: not very clear layout. But besides from this I can't complain !

Cannot access my account for over one month due to continuous message indicating that “the customer area is currently be created to offer the best experience”

Epic fail!

Try to enter a US phone number with a French account if you are an expatriate or traveling. After decades, I will finally leave this pathetic bank and not much better app.

Navigation is complicated. Services are not easy to find, they don’t even offer other languages than French in their application. Definitely the worst I’ve ever used!

You should seriously consider adding English language as an option for navigating MesComptesBNPParibas . You already have it on the website !!!

It took almost a year to get touch id and 6 month later I still can’t use face id.

We are pretty satisfied by MesComptesBNPParibas overall. An English Version would be so much better. One thing tho, we cannot access to all our Messages in contrast to the Web Access.

MesComptesBNPParibas is very convenient with some newly added features that make it easy to keep track of account balance without having to login. The overall user interface could be more ergonomic and more intuitive. Somewhat limited in terms of the transactions that can be done.

Would be useful to be able to switch from one profile to another when you have multiple accounts to manage.

Merci pour cette application très utile. Juste une chose totalement incohérente est votre system pour déposer les chèques via l’application. C’est totalement contre productif de devoir envoyer par courrier le chèque après avoir pris la photo du chèque. Merci de changer ça et ce sera une application parfaite.

MesComptesBNPParibas is fantastic. So easily navigable and useful. And with a much more intuitive interface than its website counterpart.

It's too bad that MesComptesBNPParibas does not use the push notification feature to provide message/account alerts. Text messages cannot be sent outside France!
Dommage que l'app BNP n'aie pas de systèmes de notification autre que SMS. Pourquoi ne pas utiliser les "push" notifications gratuites qui permettraient à tous de recevoir des informations (réception de message sur messagerie BNP, situation de compte, solde mensuel). J'habite aux États-Unis et ne peut recevoir d'alertes sur mon téléphone US.
