I have the Hall’s reward program and the points are never calculated correctly. They offered members double points in March and now April. I’m still waiting on my March points. I have emailed Jennifer but I think she is overwhelmed with emails because of the problems HallPassRewards has caused. It takes her a month or more to respond. Hall’s prides itself on their customer service at the restaurant but they have truly dropped the ball with HallPassRewards.
Whomever created this thing or updates it (HallPassRewards ) needs to be replaced with a developer that can produce an App that actually works and makes it more convenient for the customer or you just need to eliminate it and go back to old system or do away with rewards all together. HallPassRewards affects the Halls experience in a negative way, meaning it devalues the business.
I entered both of my receipts from past visits into HallPassRewards after visiting Halls and Rita’s but now none of the points or history are showing up in HallPassRewards . It says I have $0 in points and $0 spent in my history. HallPassRewards seems very inconsistent and janky. Hoping they can roll out some updates asap
This has got to be the worst app out of all the existing apps. Sometimes it lets you sign in and sometimes it doesn’t. Gets your profile info wrong. Halls really doesn’t want a rewards program, they just are playing with you.
It takes forever to load and the transactions don’t show up in your history right away so unsure if it updated which means holding onto receipts to verify. The old way was vastly less complicated.
Follow the instructions still get declined transaction. Halls need a better system for adding points.
Why can’t you tie the receipt to the card used like all the other high end restaurants. HallPassRewards is shameful at best
Inflating circles on the screen after downloading HallPassRewards . That’s as far as it will go.
