Paid close to $600 for my machine. Just got an update that I now need to switch over to this app but I’m stuck on the photo part. It doesn’t take a photo of anything nor does it give me any option to do anything else. Awful user experience from both companies. Was excited to use for my holiday family party tomorrow. What a waste of money.

I usually steer clear of giving negative reviews out of principle, but let's just say this app makes a dumpster fire look like a cozy bonfire. Genuinely my worst experience on any app, ever. Which is a shame since the hardware is great

Stupid app why grand videoke transfer their app. In this useless app. They should remain the old app it is easy to connect rather than this app that is complicated and asking for personal hotspot if you have a wifi and your using an ipad.
