How to fix LetsChat app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LetsChat app on iPhone
Update LetsChat app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LetsChat iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LetsChat on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LetsChat network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LetsChat Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LetsChat not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LetsChat App
1. On android, goto Settings » LetsChat » click [Force Stop]

Update LetsChat to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LetsChat App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LetsChat » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LetsChat.

Fix LetsChat unable to contact server/ LetsChat internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LetsChat » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LetsChat » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LetsChat
