CraftoApp refuses to allow usage on all your devices in a paid in full subscriptions. It lies like you haven’t paid for a subscription using your Apple ID and when you try to delete CraftoApp it suddenly ask you if you want to cancel your subscription when you cancel CraftoApp . Tell me how it recognizes that you have a paid subscription when you try to delete it but try’s to trick you into paying again for the same app on all your devices. CraftoApp tries to fraudulently to get you to pay for subscriptions already paid in full on your other devices .

They charge you for months without giving you access to the application and never answer your customer service emails. As of today 5 contact emails 1 ticket resolution number and closed without a resolution. Just charges me again for another month. Still no access and no responses to any of my emails. Just one response that the support ticket is closed. Never fixed the problem but the ticket said closed with a resolution ?????? WHAT…..someone’s taking my money. No one’s answering my question?????? Be careful

Your prompted to pay repetitively times the screen comes up. I had to cancel my subscription and call Apple Customer Sservice and even they couldn’t get through it. I left an email two days ago and heard nothing back and I use CraftoApp. Kindly as a ministry reasons please if you cantroubleshoot your app is not working. This is been almost a week right now thank you.

I initially enjoyed the benefits of CraftoApp as it honors creativity to make your own posts. However, I noticed my daily notifications would only show persons of European descent esp on special days. Today is Juneteenth 6/19 and there was no acknowledgment of today’s monumental occasion that impacts many persons of color. I find that to be culturally insensitive. World Sauntering Day,hmm~ who knew!

Our marketing department determined that CraftoApp is not worth purchasing. As long as you receive permission, it is easy to put your logo on posts. We deleted the subscription during the free trial phase.

The double click is an automatic purchase and I don’t even see how much yet, can’t find the cost and have no intentions of purchasing.

The price that I subscribe to is not what is showing when I go to share.

Paid for an annual subscription in November did $29.99. Unable to use it today. Been asked to enroll in free trial. No way to get assistance or refund. Shady indeed.

I am very disappointed in this forum,it is terrible ,my time was not up and I could not use it,but instead
trying to get me to pay more now for the same. Service.

Not a good app. Does not last before they tell the dictionary is not active and it doesn’t recognize my information but they kept my money for that month😡

When I first started with CraftoApp it was all some It August 2, I will have to renew my subscription and it’s not letting me use CraftoApp . It keeps trying to charge me $14.99 when I ‘m already paying $9.99 if this keep happening I have no choice but to delete my subscription.
