I can’t seem to get past the login screen either

HORRIBLE APP

AdvancerAD20 doesn’t work at all

Contacted support they replaced my reader and it still won’t pair.

AdvancerAD20 just doesn’t work. It installs and then opens to nothing. Can’t login or register.

Can’t use it on my car.

It says my MIL monitors are all at 0 despite them not being.

The only live data it shows is rpm every 5 seconds for 2 seconds and coolant temp every few seconds for a second.

Pretty useless device with this car. Will be looking to return it.

Slow to respond very limited data can be selected unless

Wife paired this device using her phone, so now she is the only one that can do OBD scans. It will not pair to mine as well. Awful design.

Times out for logging in and if it does login in then it times out connection to the device! Please fix it.

AdvancerAD20 worked for a while but now it won’t let me log in or connect my device. Every time it loads the request times out.

This gets the basic codes and some extra codes that I think are Toyota codes. But not codes i can change like turning off the seat belt alarm. Also doesn't turn off the maintenance light but did automate filling in the search field on Google so i could research how to. I'm familiar with doing that because it displays detailed information about every trouble code the same way. I've been asleep it seems witb uses of LLM Ai like ChataGpt or even their country's Deepseek. I use those to summarize my Internet content searches now to save lots of time. But to say I've been asleep, then they are Rip Van Winkle. I can imagine them now saying what is this Rip van and what is Ai? Be ready to do your own research on the codes because AdvancerAD20 doesnt have it. It actually doesnt have info on my 2015 Toyota Camry which is a common car in the USA. Maybe they only have info in Chinese made cars like Ford and GM. Feeling a bit bamboozled about the lack of info. That would drop it to a generous 3 star. But after an update that I had to do and want to because it might actually have the info it lacks but it never does. Two of the bonus features that they generously give is having to log in with a user name and password every time i use the program. I dont know why it need that. I guess if im borrowing someine elses phone and happen to be in tbeir car and I'm showing off my Advancer. AD20 and they don't have AdvancerAD20 then i can install it and get my car info.

For those who had problems with pairing, delete the series and write only one name

App functions fine on my iPhone 12. Car was running a little off but no codes. Was able to diagnose using the live data feature and mode 6 feature.

No problems with the scanner or app. Created an account, followed the instructions connecting the scanner to my phones Bluetooth. Loads and works every time. I’ve had some codes and managed to fix the problem and clear the codes. Works as it should. 2004 Chevy Tahoe iPhone 14 Thanks.
