I recently subscribed for 1 Year to UUTBFL+ on my Apple 14+ iPhone, thinking that i could use my wife iPad, after downloading the app on that device. to watch the movie ad free. Unfortunately, after downloading the device I found that it could not play the app without ads on her iPad. Therefore, I unsubscribed but the movies on my iPhone are still playing ad free, which I found very odd after unsubscribing. My questions are: 1. When do I get my subscription fee of $29.99 back and into my apple pay account? 2. If I was to re-subscribe on my wife's iPad, can I use this money that I am still waiting on from UTBFLIX+ ? 3. Why am I getting the movies ad free when I un-subscribed to the app? Kindest regards, Gary Cheers (0413 991 794)

How to fix UTBFlix+ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the UTBFlix+ app on iPhone
Update UTBFlix+ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall UTBFlix+ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix UTBFlix+ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve UTBFlix+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

UTBFlix+ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix UTBFlix+ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the UTBFlix+ App
1. On android, goto Settings » UTBFlix+ » click [Force Stop]

Update UTBFlix+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UTBFlix+ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » UTBFlix+ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart UTBFlix+.

Fix UTBFlix+ unable to contact server/ UTBFlix+ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click UTBFlix+ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto UTBFlix+ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch UTBFlix+
