How to fix Ivory app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ivory app on iPhone
Update Ivory app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ivory iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ivory on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ivory network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Ivory not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Ivory app issues:

Force Stop the Ivory App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Ivory app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Ivory to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ivory App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Ivory app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Ivory.

Fix Ivory unable to contact server/ Ivory internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Ivory » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Ivory » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ivory on android.
