This company took money out of my account! I did not order this!!! I was playing on a free app then they charged me!!! I contacted them right after I looked at my bank account 😡
I tried to cancel before the trial period ended because it’s not worth 10 dollars a week. I was charged 10 dollars because I canceled during the trial period but not 24 hours before it ended. SO SHADY! if you cancel within trial period you should get a refund. How does Apple allow IceCream. They make their money with this loophole and it’s wrong

We always reject subscription based games. IceCream has a bate & switch tactic. Says a lot about the developer.
This is NOT a free game. You’re immediately asked to subscribe to month or yearly fee. You can’t play any portion of the game. This should be removed from the AppStore for advertising as free, when it’s anything but. Shame on these developers and their bait and switch.
I bought one week of the game for my son to play, and canceled the subscription as I did not want to get charged again. The pop up on screen said I would have access of the full game until the end of the week. The very next day had only partial/basic access with most of the game locked out., requesting another $9.99 for a week. What a racket.

Predatory pricing
IceCream is like fun for a 3yr granddaughter, however she can only play one game for free. Subscription is absolutely ridiculous in price. 9.99 a week? That is $40 a month. Come on. Don’t give me a response that $40 a month is covering the cost of this development of IceCream and the line that it is the same as buying your kids learning toys at the store. It is NOT!! So many others, and I mean a lot of other toddler games we have downloaded and for only 1.99 to 7.99 a month vs your app which is great but not 9.99 week or $40 a month great. Rip off and taking advantage of the little kids I swear 🥺

Sophisticated and pretty
Back then we did not have to pay subscriptions for kid games. Sure there were in-app purchases however there were still lots of free content. It’s sad how companies like this exploit children games. My daughter enjoys the one free game IceCream provides, but the subscription rate is outrageous FOR A CHILD’S GAME. At least make it a one time payment to unlock or allow children to unlock each level at a certain point of satisfying their customers. If I could give this 0 stars I would.
