Rivet: Better Reading Practice Reviews

(What am I doing with my life? Downloading a children’s reading app and try reading books like a child because the ad for Rivet is cute as heck).

Joking aside, it’s a really great app and I would use this to teach my child if I had one. Although, I notice some problems like the pronunciation of ‘the’ is always pronounced ‘thee’ even though the noun following it starts with a consonant, and possessive noun where the apostrophe s isn’t pronounced with the noun.

Fun and cool but just not my reading level I am reading level third grade and I am in second grade. The thing does ask you some cool questions I just read one story with like three words on each page. I need at least like 15 words on each page not three or four. But I love reading so I still read some of the stories but I would say if you were in advanced reader like I am don’t get this app and if there is an Advanced level or something I am sorry for what I said but if there is an entrance level and you are in An Advanced level for reading just don’t get this. But otherwise it is fun it even has a few videos but the reading books are a little bit for four or five-year-olds or six-year-olds. This is fun just I don’t think it would be for like 7 to 30 years old.

I like Rivet I’m a bit to old so who cares? I just got Rivet and I was like NO THATS NOT TRUE! It said hurricanes break everything but that’s not true! So please experience a hurricane to know this. Also add a big kids section these are to young for me I would like some Junie B. Jones books please and thank you for us to having to make a account 😹 please fix the hurricane book please. Thank you!

I’ve only played a few minutes and I really love it! I might be too old to be in the level one section. Haha. The first book that I read was “ Rabbits make good pets.” I picked it because I have a rabbit as well. She’s free roam and she is my life. 🤗 I was super happy with it until I saw the page “ Rabbits live in cages.” As a proud bunny momma, seeing that rabbit in a hutch outside. No enrichment. And the hay looked weird to me.. as well as there not being enough of it. I know you most likely don’t own this picture but exposing younger children to proper bunny care is vital. Hundreds of bunnies get bought and are neglected or don’t have proper care. I’m fine with cages, ( not small ones). I’m sorry for rambling 😅 I have a deep passion for bunnies and have done extensive research before I got my little fur baby.

Normally After school I would do homework and play games on my tablet but I have to read at home to so when I found Rivet I fell in love with it I’m not quite sure were the speaker is because on a ad it showed a unicorn, and cat sitting and reading and they had a microphone so I’m just wondering where the microphone is and if it’s for children with smaller levels because right now I am at 5 grade reading level I am surely improving and iv’e made lots progress in reading so me being in 3rd grade is amazing that I am reading huge words I’ve never known before so this game is definitely a 5 star rating please give me a response back about how to connect with the microphone or if it’s accessible for my level

this app is fun for me it is fun to read books and help me learn and have some fun this app helps me read my teacher from school tells me to read 100 books and I saw that there are lots of apps on Rivet Store and when I was playing with my games on my iPad I saw this app i saw that app and I membered what my teacher said to read 100 books and I saw this app I started this app I was getting better on reading and I was getting better in school and all my friends were shocked about me and I keeped doing this app because this app is so fun and it helps you learn more sight words more words and this app helps you change your life. It is fun to have this app try it on Rivet Store :) ❤️

Not only is there a great selection of interests there’s also a great variety of skill levels. I love that I can setup different profiles for all of my kids. But the best part of Rivet is that I have to tell my kids, “Ok that’s enough reading for one day!” I’ve never had to tell my kids this before. Seriously, Rivet does an amazing job of suggesting another book right after they finish one. My kids just keep reading and reading. Thank you for making Rivet!

this app is THE BEST book app all free books I love it what could be better whoever is going to download Rivet I guarantee you’ll love it if it wasn’t for this app I would probably be searching for weeks,months maybe even years if I were willing to look that long PLEASE if you are looking for a good reading game you will probably love download this app
Rivet is the best in my opinion and my opinion is always good you must trust me

After I downloaded it for my daughter who is always struggling to find the right book for her, I find it hard to keep her off the computer. She is always reading and pronouncing words that she doesn’t know. Thanks a lot to this app. Now I don’t have to worry because she will always find a perfect reading book.

I would love this this is a app where your child can start to read without any books or monies Rivet war make your child start to read tap on the word and it will tell you what it is and then you pronounce it again if you get it wrong it’s all right in this case I love Rivet and Rivet could be the best app I’ve ever used

I’m 9 and I’m learning to read fluently i love that theres a option to click the word then they tell you the word and then you say it it’s good to practice words and some of my favorite YouTubers are on it! This is a amazing app I totally recommend it! If you have a kid or you are a kid download this amazing app! In school I am one of the best readers because of Rivet.

You get all this books that you can read and after you read the book you get to pop the bloomed then you get 8 emojis I just have on bad thing to say I wish they gave you more emojis to pick from and did I say it is add free and has books my your favorite YouTuber yah and just books and I love this game

My problem is like you know when you start to read a book this thing the picture of you profile pops up is it supposed to do something I clicked it and it doesn’t do anything so why is it even there?

Rivet is OK the only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t let you read to it so you can know what words you need to study on but my brother and me love to read it and it is so fun I really do like Rivet it is amazing. This game is so fun
Another thing is I really like the badges and encourages kids to keep on reading.
