ASVAB Practice For Dummies Reviews

I feel like there are people like me out there that wanna learn really bad and be able to comprehend the knowledge that’s being given to us through ASVABPracticeForDummies without having to pay for the resources. Some of us can’t afford monthly payments , so why must we pay just to get the full extent of something that we want in order to help us in the future. Not saying how to run your app or program but I feel like this knowledge on here should be free and we should all get the resources from it to help us out.

So of course I looked at the reviews before I got this cause as we all know some apps you just need the heads up of wether or not this is a waste of time getting or not, clearly though it wasn’t as great as it’s pegged out to be. Here’s some reasons why.
1.) its all multiple from what you get (which isn’t much) for free. Now I originally got this knowing that I have a website that I can go to on my pc, I just wanted this for when I was gone or just away from the computer, or didn’t have much time on my hands.
2.) not all of the questions you get wrong have an explanation for the language.
3.) if you want to go onto anything other than that one vid you have or one basic science you get you have to buy a subscription that honestly seems a bit pointless to me
4.) they don’t change it up to challenge you at all.
5.) it’s not very detailed.
6.) the only thing you get the full on free I’d the pre-test which doesn’t help if you can’t practice it all
7.) the practice that you do get doesn’t give you many questions, you could easily memorize them in a second an then just pick what was correct.
All in all it’s just kinda crummy, definitely not a 4.7, or whatever it is, worth. Not all. I seriously don’t recommend you can find better things on a different website that are more accurate, challenging, with more questions and more availability then what you get here.

ASVABPracticeForDummies is really nice! Before I get into the negative let me talk about the positives! ASVABPracticeForDummies helped me finally learn all the math problems which was the topic that was the hardest for me and the main reason why I failed the asvab, so now I feel much more confident in math! Now.. overall ASVABPracticeForDummies is great! But I just wish you guys added more examples for the problems and added more words for the words knowledge practice test. I believe there are about 720 words that can be on the asvab (you only get about 15 words when you take the asvab but you don’t know which of the 750 words you will get) so I wish you guys added more words. But overall I love how simple ASVABPracticeForDummies is very easy to use and I love how everything is in videos, having an instructor talking and explain the lessons is very helpful! Just please add more exhales oh! Also there’s no way of editing my custom quizzes! I can’t delete them or edit them please fix this and add the option to edit my custom quizzes and for the practice tests please add the option to use a timer because when you take the real asvab it’s always times. Thank you!

I took the ASVAB and passed with a score of 33 I didnt study Arithmetic reasoning because I was TOO lazy and math isnt my strongest subject. On ASVABPracticeForDummies I mainly studied Geneeral Science and Word Knowledge, let me tell ya now... on ASVABPracticeForDummies these two subjects arent even a bit close to whats on the actual test....we need harder questions for those subjects ....even tho math was my hardest subject I feel I did best on both math parts of the actual test other than that this a great app to study but dont expect the test to be this easy.

Hello to the developers of ASVAB For Dummies please correct your app. Every time I attempt my daily practice test of 20-50 questions I receive an error message that recites : “could not load questions.” I would appreciate having access the ASVABPracticeForDummies , as I have found it to be a very helpful tool with providing the help I need but can not get anywhere else. Thank you.

ASVABPracticeForDummies is very helpful for improving knowledge. The one thing I would add is in the word knowledge portion. When a word is answered incorrectly there should be an definition of the word and why it fits most closely with the question. For AR, PC, and other section there is an explanation, just not for word knowledge

I’ve only got two weeks to study for the ASVAB exam. I must say this a good practice test and it’s pretty much explanatory but the only problem am facing is the fact that the questions and answer options wipes out before you attempt the question which is quite frustrating and it’s slows you down. Other than that I think it’s good and I pray I pass my test.

This site has it all. I learned the basic science, yet it awakened my mind about important science facts most people don’t even care about. Answers to the questions were straightforwardly given. I would recommend it to anyone.

I’m in ROTC and I am about to take the ASVAB! This is a great app to study and I highly recommend it for others. My recruiter recommended it to me and it had questions that are similar to the ASVAB. Only had a week to study for the actual asvab test. I got ASVABPracticeForDummies and bought the membership. I ended up scoring a 70. Which impressed my recruiter. I’m now allowed to pick almost any job I want for my branch.

So easy to watch videos and read on subjects and learn. The way everything is laid out to you makes it very easy to pick up. Got my asvab from 15 to a 46 and going to study more and see if I can get higher

ASVABPracticeForDummies has helped me a lot, from memorizing new words, to summarizing paragraphs, and to a lot of new trades, being from both Carpentry to automotive. ASVABPracticeForDummies will definitely help you to improve your knowledge level as practice or study for your ASVAB. I'd say it's better than studying just the book, since ASVABPracticeForDummies actually exercises your brain.

So I took the asvab and scored a 62 overall and scored 108 in regards to my GT score . Unfortunately you need a 110 to be eligible for the position of officer. I studied using ASVABPracticeForDummies for about 5 -7 hours a week for a month and increased my score to a 77 and 114 GT score . There is extremely useful info such as key formulas and test taking tips and strategies. I never write reviews but this could have potentially changed my life in regards to my career so thank you .

It works in my opinion but the videos under a question to explain to you the problem don’t always match. For example I had trouble understanding the explanation of exponents with the same base but different powers so I clicked on the video, it was okay at first explaining PENDAS and all that but she only did a basic exponent problem. It was not like the one I was given, so in my opinion the explanation videos need to be updated.

I’ve been studying for technically 2 weeks and I just went in to take the practice test for the second time and my score went from a 15 to a 28 that’s ONLY 3 points away from meeting the score requirement. I am now scheduled to take my real ASVAB test May 3, 2021 and I’m super excited! You put in the work and you will definitely see some results. I would recommend studying for 1 to 2 1/2 hours and no longer than that. Highly recommend ASVABPracticeForDummies 💯

scored a 90 on my asvab after using this for about 2 hours total. every single thing i saw on ASVABPracticeForDummies was on the test. i am now legally obligated to tell you nothing on ASVABPracticeForDummies was on the test. excited to be a part of the big blue line ✈️

At first, ASVABPracticeForDummies has many areas of study, like mathematics, general science, automotive, comprehension, etc. seems really useful at first. you have access to all of these study modules for all of one hour & 30 mins. After that, you only have access to the general science study
module (about 75 questions). You now have to pay for the premium app to regain access to the rest of the study modules.

I bought ASVABPracticeForDummies awhile ago and re downloaded it. I noticed they have video tutorials on how to do math equations. That is awesome, but there is no sound? Is anyone else having this problem? It would be very helpful!

ASVABPracticeForDummies helped score very well on the asvab, the first time I took it I was was in the 76th percentile and had a 98 gt score. After studying with ASVABPracticeForDummies and retaking it I got a 130 gt score and am in the 97th percentile!

ASVABPracticeForDummies is extremely helpful!!

Best thing I’ve found to study for the asvab I’m so relieved & bonus it’s free. You don’t have to pay to practice if you want or need extra features they are available for a subscription price but still reasonably fair. Love love love. Thank you

It really helps I’m hoping it really helps me improve my score on the asvab. It explains in math knowledge when you answer the question I really like that. Worth the money
