I seen an ad about Benjamin about a month ago I been seeing just didn’t wanna be bothered with it cause I thought it was gone be a scam just like this other app so even though it took me for ever to get 25 dollars up lol I just got it up this morning and did everything it told me to do so I can have it deposited into my bank account the same day and i went on the game I was like hold up it’s not showing that in my account with Benjamin so I went over to my bank account it was on there thank god I’m loving Benjamin now I gotta tell me aunties about this for real y’all did a great job with Benjamin I love it and it’s legit oh my goodness 😍😍😍😍😍 Well I thought it was good but after that first transaction well I been playing the games that’s on Benjamin and when I go back and look at them it’s not appearing on the page what I done so I was giving it a 5 star now I’m gone knock it down to a 1 star so when y’all get it together and keep it up I will knock it back up to a 5 star

I don’t like how they changed the daily bonus to 0.05 cents now smh they should make it go up to 25 bet they would be getting more and more people

Initially I was excited that I found an app that I had potential to make a little cash on. I wasn’t expecting much but a few bucks would have been nice.
I downloaded AFK Journey and it gave you 22 days to complete all the tasks. I knew I wasn’t going to be able to accomplish that since it would have cost me hundreds of dollars to do. But I played and was able to get quite a bit. I completed the lower level ones rather quickly and the rewards showed up immediately. Then I compiled one that was for $18 dollars and I didn’t receive that, I contacted them and they credited my rewards. Then I finished a larger task that was $58 and they refuse to payout on it because the game isn’t tracking. They told me to try another game.
So I download a different puzzle game and completed the first 3 tasks and didn’t receive any of the rewards. I decided that it was time to cash out since it isn’t giving me my rewards. I have about $130 in rewards now after a month of playing. I did all the verification and it says pending. After reading other reviews I doubt I will ever see this money which in all reality will just cover what I spent on games trying to make a little money. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
I play JustPlay and atleast there I can cash out to PayPal and it is immediately. They just don’t have as many games and you don’t earn as much unless you play constantly.

My husband and I both downloaded Benjamin, and we have both been playing games and achieving the required statuses in the games, and logging in daily to claim the daily bonus. We have both noticed that despite logging in daily that the countdown resets anyway, so we can collect the minimal daily bonus, but we can’t get passed two or three days of logging in before it says we missed a day of logging in and resetting the countdown to earn the bigger bonus. And multiple games either pay the first payout and then don’t recognize the other goals achieved, or it doesn’t pay anything at all for achieving levels in games. I’ll continue using it until I get to the point I can cash out, but I will probably delete Benjamin after that. After seeing so many reviews of folks who have the same issues, Benjamin shouldn’t be this buggy- those issues should be fixed without multiple people contacting support for the exact same reasons. I use a couple other apps that do essentially the same things this does, with few if any problems, and will stick with those.

It mostly “kind of” works. Don’t bother with the surveys unless you like getting to 99%, getting redirected for your reward, and then experiencing survey crashes for which you’ll never be compensated. If you can get customer service, which can take a week or more, they’ll just blame the third party sponsors involved… which is convenient since your compensation comes through this app and not the third party sponsors. Your time and information will be taken, but you’ll get nothing in return.

Games can take FAR longer than the 48 hours promised, and they will once again blame a third party instead of assuming responsibility.

Payouts are often interrupted for “fraudulent activity” investigations which can delay withdrawals indefinitely. I’m not saying you can’t get paid. I’m saying that they will fight you tooth and nail for every penny. Just be aware of what you’re getting yourself into with this one. It’s like trying to get a payout from an insurance company that’s not even beholden to a policy…

Downloaded Benjamin , and started with surveys. First one was very short, was told “this survey is not for you, here’s $0.10…” Ok, maybe the next will be better. Started another. Filled the survey out to completion, with very thoughtful and concise answers, it took me over 1/2 hour to complete. I answer the last question, and immediately get told, “this survey is not for you, sorry…”, with no compensation. Ok, now I’m aggravated. I just spent over 1/2 hour of my life answering this survey to completion, to be told “nevermind”, after they’ve already gotten my answers and my time out of me… unacceptable. Also unacceptable is the response from “support” when I raised this issue with them. “You must have answered the same answer for everything to get through it quickly! This company has every right to do this!”, which is absolutely not true! After this issue, it just leaves a sour taste in my mouth… I am definitely deleting Benjamin and not looking back. There are many other of these types of apps that work great for me, so I’ll just stick with those… DELETED

I try to contact customer support many times to get my missing rewards and they just completely ignore me. Also I don’t care about your data, Having only 25-30 days to complete these pay to win games that drown you in ads every 5 seconds that waste even more of your time is insane. My very second game I tried to complete was Rise of Kingdoms which is a game like clash of clans and everybody knows that upgrading buildings and gathering resources takes a lot of time especially as a free to play player. Benjamin was offering $930 to complete all the tasks and even though I spent over what was being offered in the game I still was not able to complete all the tasks within the time limit mind you I played the game for many hours a day AND they refused to give me my missing rewards because this stupid app just decides to stop tracking my progress so I wasted all that time and money for nothing . The time restrictions should just be completely removed so people can actually enjoy playing games rather than just rushing through them and having to waste money trying to complete them as fast as possible. Why don’t follow in the Fetch app foot steps, they have no time limit on any of their games so you can earn points without having to worry.

I thought at first this would be an easy way to pick up a little cash. Not terribly difficult to do, play a couple of games, take some surveys, check in daily. Seems simple, right? It is until it doesn’t work. I went to check in one day and it said I missed a day. I didn’t think I had, but whatever. I put a reminder in my phone. I have not missed a day since. Except Benjamin said that I had. Twice now. Today, I went to check in and it said I had 22 hours to the next time I could do that and that’s impossible. I have addressed the concerns with customer service, but it’s pretty much a one sided conversation. “James” said a week ago the situation had been “escalated”. And that’s it. I don’t know anymore now than I did before. And it appears they’re set to rip me off again. I will never get ahead if I have to keep starting over. Somebody, somewhere knows this and is fine with it.

UPDATE: Here’s my update. Not that anyone cares.
Finally got to $25 so I could cash out. Never got a gift card. It’s been a week. Haven’t been able to use Benjamin for two days, as it keeps saying I have 22 more hours to go before my daily five cent reward. Now it has reset to zero.
Nobody answers questions so “customer service” is non-existent. So it’s goodbye to this colossal waste of time, the games that are more ads than game and having zero people who want to try and make this a good experience.

I spent money on this one game that had a larger payout and completed a few levels and go rewarded for them them I completed more and more and 93$ is missing, I had sent proof through email and they are ignoring my emails, customer service 0/10 I’ve opened over 15 tickets and NOTHING I even have proof of customer service asking about the amount and stating that they would add it to my account and nothing! Also I think it’s very very odd how this is a higher payout game and as soon as I get passed the smaller rewards Benjamin has an update and I no longer was eligible for anything just because it was a different “version”, I didn’t even agree to the update either, one morning I woke up and the color of Benjamin was different but I just assumed they changed the logo color but I guess it was just a scam!! It’s happened twice to me before except the last amount was 9$ and of course went straight to my account, PLEASE ANSWER BACK TO MY NUMEROUS EMAILS AND FIX BUGS overall Benjamin is okay I’ve made 70$+ from using it but the fact I’m missing so much is very disappointing 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😞

UPDATE‼️‼️‼️‼️- I’m still not getting any customer care whatsoever and I’m honestly very very aggravated and keep getting scammed out of money whether it’s 20 cents or almost 100$ I’m missing….. I’ve been playing this game for a couple months and have made 74$ and it would be so much more but I keep getting scammed from this app!!!!

I downloaded two games to try Benjamin out and see if it would work before I really got into it. The first game never gave me any rewards as I passed levels. I contacted customer support and they gave me a dollar and some change for my trouble, said there was an issue, and suggested I not play that game anymore.

In the meantime, I had started a second game, and that one did not provide rewards either. I told the representative in the chat and they said to send screenshots. I attached the screenshots but never heard back. I tried checking in for a status and still never heard back. A week went by with no response. I then emailed customer service (instead of the chat) and asked for help that way. I emailed at 9:50 am. They responded over 12 hours later, about 12:30 am (after midnight) asking for screenshots. I wouldn’t mind about timing, except then they emailed an hour later (about 1:30 am) and asked if I was going to respond. I was asleep. Then they emailed at 2:30 am stating they were closing the ticket because I never responded. It took them 14+ hours to answer me, but then they gave me only two hours to respond, in the middle of the night.

I really thought this would be a good app, but I haven’t gotten any rewards from my two attempts and the customer service has been awful. I wanted to like Benjamin - but how disappointing. I suggest not wasting your time, or I hope you have better luck than I did.

UPDATE: so I made a ticket they finally responded but told me it was rejected and that they have no control over that and I was able to get paid $29 from the other games but funny how they rejected the higher payments

so I finally been able to verify my identity, but still no pay as promised and the ticket I’ve submitted still have yet to hear back from anyone so changing to one star. It shouldn’t be this difficult nor take this long to get paid when I wasted my time playing these games! I give it two stars because it has more games compared to other apps but then again I’ve been playing for awhile and I’ve noticed I’m not getting paid for most of the games especially for the bigger amounts and they don’t pay for the exact amount I was supposed to get $49 for completing the last level I still never got it made a ticket and then for another game I was supposed to get $1.76 never got that I got $0.91 instead. Also lastly I tried to withdraw through bank but it states they can’t verify my identity because it isn’t correct when it is. And the worse part is they choose what you say when going to help support instead of allowing you to text what you need help with. I’d pass.

I have been trying for days to withdraw my money and now my account says it has suspicious activity so I can’t even get a gift card. Customer service texted back and said how can I help you I have explained the problem but I have gotten no reply and it’s been a day or so since I texted them back. Their customer service needs help really bad. Oh I almost forgot, you can put your bank account on Benjamin and even after you do that they still need to verify your ID. So now on my second withdrawal my account is locked up (I understand verifying my ID once, but every time? Come on this app, it would be awesome if someone else would play the games for me and send the money to my account and even withdraw it to my account )If they can’t verify you the second time you will have only one choice and that is to get a gift card. I didn’t sign up to Benjamin for gift cards and now I have 32 dollars that I can’t get out. Next stop is trust pilot.

I really did not want to write this review as I have actually received a good amount of money while playing games on this app. Unfortunately, I had an issue where I did not receive one of my rewards due to possible technical issues. I created a ticket and contacted customer support. They were responsive at first and told me that I needed to wait 48 hours for my ticket to be resolved. It has now been 5 days and I can’t even receive a simple response on the progress of my ticket even after constant follow ups from my end. My girlfriend that I have referred to Benjamin has used customer service and has even received immediate help on her ticket so I know that this app customer support is fully capable of being responsive, yet I am not being given the same treatment for whatever reason. I am coming to the conclusion that they are willfully ignoring my ticket and will not help other users that will have issues in the future.

I have recently started using Benjamin and they offer payouts for reaching certain levels of the game by a certain amount of time. However, the catch is some of them are unattainable. One game says the last and highest pay out is reach upon completion of level 700, though the game developers have not created levels above 686. There is no possible way to complete the level 700 within 60 days of downloading if it has not even been produce yet. When I brought to the attention of the customer service that the level was not available yet I was told to either keep playing the game but possibly never being able to receive the payout they promise or play at a later date. The catch with that is that it’s a one shot deal once you download the game, the payouts are only offered to first time users. Once the game has been downloaded and started you can’t go restart the 60 day clock you have to finish the game. I responded back to their customer service agent what I just explained and point out that who ever made the rules for the pay out, either the game developer or the this app app themselves, were completely misleading with their fraudulent claims because there is no possible way anyone will ever be able to get the full payout amount. That is when all contact stopped between their customer service and myself. They clearly have no intention of correcting this and makes me wonder how many of their games and claims are also lies about how much can actually be ever payed out.

First off, I’ll state I’ve made a decent amount of cash back and money from game incentives. It’s been significantly more than any other app I’ve used. That’s about the only positives I have—it is legitimate, the payouts are good, and the games are mostly fun.

Now for the bad: support takes forever to respond to tickets and chats, if they respond at all. The daily bonus system is bugged. Sometimes I can’t do the bonus at all because the option doesn’t pop up, and I lose my streak. If that doesn’t happen, at some point the daily bonus earnings will show up as two separate transactions on the same day rather than on their respective days, also killing the streak. This is infuriating and routinely keeps me from keeping a consistent streak. I’ve reached out to support 3 separate times, and I have yet to have a streak reinstated and a promise they’re working on the bug. I’ve even sent screenshots with my explanations so they can see what’s happening. It’s a bit ridiculous that a core function on Benjamin landing page doesn’t work correctly and no one seems to want to fix it.

I’ve now downloaded 3 separate games through this app and claimed the prizes animals and coins Yatzy and solitaire 2 allowed app tracking and it didn’t even register any of them. Had gotten to level 26 on animals
And coins so should have hit at least 3 metrics on it Yatzy it didn’t even register I played my first game even though I played dozens. Same with solitaire 2 which I just downloaded last night to verify it was not keeping up with what I was downloading. So I’ve now downloaded all these games and played them watching all the ads and everything else and received nothing. Since you have to be a first time user I can’t do them again - bc now I can’t earn anything towards them. Not happy about that as I wouldn’t have bothered otherwise with those particular games.
Seems they really just want you to add their extension to your browser and do surveys rather than actually give you credit for games. Because those games would have counted towards my 5 games for march and an additional $125. I only downloaded this app at the beginning of the month and it’s not really looking promising

I have this a 3 cause it’s a good app as far as there are many game options to play and earn, but the ability to hit the higher earnings is virtually impossible, even with p2p players like myself. But even as a f2p player you still can earn it will just be a bit slower. It’s not a get rich quick scheme yall!! This is slow fun earn money doing things you already are doing, just get paid for it! I suggest reading the help section before playing ANY games! No VPNs, be sure tracking is on at all times! Or your playing for nothing! Customer service (Ben) on chat was quick and helpful for me. Hopefully in future they get a task bar timer count down. Verifying my identity took 3 chances to finally work. And I have just completed my first cash out and am not waiting on the transaction to complete! So we’ll see how it goes and I’ll update then! Looking forward to debit card!

Benjamin is absolutely amazing. It does the “play games, earn money” the best out of all the apps like this. I love the layout of Benjamin , as it is very organized. You can earn cash back on your purchases. The games normally pay well and are actually fun, unlike some of the games the other apps would have you play! You can do surveys as well to earn money, however I took off one star and gave a 4 out of 5 because when I try to do a survey, after spending time answering questions to get around halfway through it.. it says I’m not qualified. Therefore my time was wasted. It makes me feel like surveys are a scam. When I’ve tried to do surveys on other apps previously, this would happen.. even if I make it to the end of the survey, resulting in 30 minutes wasted for me and I only get paid a penny or something. I’ve only tried 3 surveys with this app, so I could be wrong. I’m skeptical though. I will try more and update this if things start to look better. Other than that, I highly recommend Benjamin!

App experience is smooth and pleasant to use. Sign up is easy and I like how your basic information is collected up front to tailor survey selection. This also keeps you from being kicked out of surveys right away before finding a “right fit” (looking at you, Inbox Dollars).

Two accessibility suggestions to make Benjamin more inclusive and easier to use:
1. PROVDE OPTION TO MAKE TYPE LARGER in Benjamin . It is TINY by default. I’m 29 with good eyesight but man, I’m struggling. Please make the type bigger.

2. ADD NIGHT MODE OPTION — This is a no-brainer. As a young person who likes to rot in bed in their spare time, or at night before going to sleep, night mode is the way to go. Many apps offer night mode as a basic option these days and I find myself being disappointed when it’s not an option in newly downloaded apps.

3. HIGH-CONTRAST TEXT — Some of the design choices cause me to raise my eyebrow. The approximate time it would take to complete a survey is not only tiny, but about 1 shade different than the background (white), making it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to read. I have to screenshot the survey list and zoom in to see the approximate time it will take to complete. This is bad design. Please fix it.

5/5 I’ve been playing games for almost 2 weeks and I made around 100$ considering I made that from playing games on my phone in half a month is pretty sweet, you do have to wait a few days for the pay out or maybe not if you have the same day pay out, I don’t care for it I’m not in a hurry for the cash. Some games and challenges do glitch and not work but customer care will help you I got about 10$ of missing rewards payed back to me. You also get a daily login bonus EVERY DAY FREE CASH BONUS EVERYDAY who doesn’t want unlimited free amounts of change stacking up for a rainy day? They have double usd sometimes that means if you go into the challenge hub they do double usd promotions for games so freaking awesome, I wish I would have known about this years ago. Oh and also you can literally sit there FOREVER and watch adds that pay you if you don’t wanna play games or do surveys or anything, they pay 1c. Up to you to watch them me? I don’t care I’m watching adds while I’m gaming while I’m walking while I’m watching tv. Anywhere anytime. Thanks for the savings this app. I really have been enjoying Benjamin truly.

From my experience, Benjamin has been great thus far. I personally have only played the games and have yet to try anything else on Benjamin like surveys and other things they have available to use. I am new to Benjamin and plan on using it when booking family vacations as well. I did have a slight hiccup where a game app missed paying me for passing one of the levels, but I submitted a ticket and after speaking with Ben with customer support, my issue was resolved in no time. I understand that things happen sometimes. I have worked in customer service myself for several years and it’s not easy having to hear backlash when people get upset. But if you just have patience and do what they ask of you, then your issue will be resolved. I want to shoutout to Ben with customer support through this amazing app called this app….You were very helpful, thoughtful and kind. You helped me with getting my issue resolved and I thank you so much! He also replied in a timely manner as well. Very fast and helpful! Give Benjamin a try everyone, you won’t regret it.

I originally had jumped the gun & assumed that I, was personally being accused of stuff by this app but I’m hoping that I can give an honest review now that I understand that I misunderstood what customer support was trying to tell me. I am so sorry you guys at this app! I have nothing bad to say about Benjamin, I really do enjoy using it & logging in everyday & being able to claim points that equal money, just for logging in everyday! I have claimed a good amount of money with Benjamin via the Cashback feature. I love that I can connect my cards to Benjamin & in return get Cashback for all my qualifying purchases. I no longer have to just use one of my debit cards to make sure I get money back, bc this app takes care of all of that! I have recommended this app to everyone from my boyfriend, to my mom & they’ve nothing but benefitted from it, as I have. Customer support makes you feel like you’re actually being listened to, & that they really do care! Even after my problem got solved, I still received a message from them making sure I was good, & that made me feel really good tbh. I’m super pleased with every feature of this app & think if you’re iffy about giving them a shot, don’t be! Go for it bc you won’t regret it! Xoxo

I love love! Benjamin! The this app app is one of my absolute favorite game tester, survey taken… excellent customer service Paying app! I just closed the ticket out for a survey that was frozen. I got paid the survey. I was answered and replied within 7 minutes. The last time I had to contact customer service there was a slight discrepancy and my payment. But then no time customer service contacted me sent me the difference of the payment on top of that the payment came through later I let them know and they went ahead and let me have the money anyways.! I would recommend this I did today to my friend. I opened up Benjamin show them absolutely everything that I do how much money I have gotten paid to date. It is one of my most favorite passing, semi part-time side hustles! You cannot go wrong and I highly recommend to anybody wants to make some extra cash and I mean real cash. I have the proof to show.! Thank you this app for being straight up!

I gotta talk about their customer service department first. I will admit that I’ve had issues where some games either wouldn’t track or stopped tracking, but it’s an incredibly easy interaction to send them a couple of screenshots and they add your missing money immediately to your balance. I have interacted the most with a gentleman named Ben on their CS team, and he is SO great to work with. He’s quick, really nice and just awesome at his job. Ben, if you see this, thank you so very much for helping me out!!!

I’ve used most play-to-earn and survey apps, and I can say that without a doubt this is the best one. There are a ton of games, so you always have something new to play (also they continually add new ones). The cashout threshold is only $25, whereas testerup is like $70-$80!! That’s insane!

I got Benjamin at the beginning of 2024. It’s now June and I’ve made about $200 from just playing games. It does take about a week for the money to hit your bank account, so that’s really my only gripe.

I used to use Eureka and Surveypop, but I haven’t been able to cash out for months with either one. I’ve contacted CS several times and been either ignored or told that they’re aware of the issue but don’t know why it’s not working. If that’s the case, they need to pay out our balances so we can move on.

this app is absolutely the best play-to-earn app out there. I’ll never switch.

I have played around with other similar apps for years. this app is easily the best. It has a few issues, but customer service is fast, helpful and friendly. I have been using this app for less than 2 months and made over $150. You can earn real money playing games or just watching ads, many of which are for apps I’ve ended up using and enjoying. Cash-out is easy. There’s a minimum withdrawal amount of $25 but it’s surprisingly easy to reach. You can also link your cards, safely through plaid, to make a few cents on your purchases (sometimes it will say you earned like $0.62 on like a $2 purchase and not reward you after you claim. I don’t bother customer service with this as it seems unrealistic.. Probably a glitch) the surveys are a bit broken as well. I’ve wasted hours on them only to have them not direct me to the reward page at the very end. I don’t bother taking surveys anymore as they’re very hit or miss, mostly miss. However the issues I’ve experienced are usually due to a third party, not this app itself, so I haven’t been discouraged from continuing use this app. Even with the issues it seems to be the best app of this type.

I’ve signed up with so many apps that claim to pay you for surveys, playing games, etc. only to find that when it comes down to getting paid for my time I’m left holding an empty bag while Benjamin owners are laughing all the way to the bank. There’s nearly always an excuse of why they can’t pay out and if you can disprove the validity of their excuse they just ignore any attempt of contact you make after that 🤨
I didn’t expect much when I signed up with this app, but I’m glad I did. The first thing I noticed was how many different games were available to play and earn from, it’s a long list of all different types, there’s something for everyone ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
There is a $25 minimum payout amount but it didn’t take me long to hit that mark several times and when I requested to be cashed out I didn’t get an excuse of why they couldn’t pay me I simply got paid, within minutes ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
I have and will continue to recommend this site to everyone I know and anyone who plays games on their phone, if you’re going to play anyway you might as well get paid for it.

I’ve been playing on Benjamin going on 6 months now. I have never had such outstanding and considerate results as I have with benjiman support team. They are quick in responding and have always made things right when it comes to missing rewards. They never make me feel like I’m in the wrong or like I’m trying to scam them. They just ask for the info and screenshots and that’s it. They replace the rewards with a smile and always asks if there is anything else that they can help me with. They just make me feel like they need me. I will always play on there platform till the day I die. I will always be Loyal to benjiman for this reason. Nothing in the world would change that. Thank you Benjiman for all you do to enable me to make a little extra money every month. It really helps me out. Anyone who is thinking about Benjamin should listen to what I’m saying . Benjiman is where it’s at. It’s not 1000’s a month but it’s genuine and legit way to make couple hundred a month. I could make more if I had more time. Thank you again benjiman. You Rock. You deserve this 5+ star rating.

Let me start off by saying that, cuz it really is the best of the best. $50 in a couple of weeks! Other apps haven't worked out for me.
That being said....
Some cons: If you've ever in your life downloaded a game in the past, forget about ever earning money on it. I've played so many games in the past and even though the game has been deleted off of my phone for a while now, it still won't credit me for it. So my game play is pretty limited, considering that I dislike any type of RPG/Shooters. Even when all my data for said game was wiped. I was fine with that only cuz they have SO many alternatives. Then it started happening with games I've NEVER downloaded. It's only been a few, but now every time I download a game, I have to go back and check to see if it's giving me credit. Additionally, "My Games" doesn't show all my games, just a handful. And lastly, I did send customer service a message and didn't hear anything back initially.

UPDATE: Customer service did get back to me the second time I reached out, days before they ever read my review I might add. Not sure why some said anything negative but throughout all of my chats with them, they were amazing and patient, crediting me after proof. Had an issue with verifying my identity. After 3 failed attempts, I was charged .99 cents which was immediately refunded. Took out my $65 that I earned in just one month! Literally the best! Be prepared to watch more ads, tedious, yes, but worth it at the end of the month.

I just downloaded Benjamin a few weeks ago and already have over $21. I had a few problems with the tracking on a game but I sent a note to customer service and had it resolved within an hour. I really like Benjamin and recommended it to my brothers. They love it. I haven’t cashed out yet cause you need to earn at least $25. So far, I’d recommend downloading Benjamin.

Update: I’ve had Benjamin for a few months now and I’ve already made over $100. Some of the games didn’t pay me for some of the levels but within a day, it’s been paid to me in a check form. They were fast in resolving it and it was easy to contact customer support. I’ve introduced more users to Benjamin and they can’t believe how great Benjamin is. It’s not a scam and the games they offer are fun to play and they pay well.

Great app for making extra cash. However I find that tracking only works properly about maybe half the time at most. This means you’ll download and ply a game to the proper required levels, but you don’t get credit. The tracking may work for some levels then stop. Meaning you can invest your time playing to level 100 on a game, then suddenly no longer receive the rewards. The this app team is great at looking at your problem ticket and paying what you’re owed…but they send a check for the few cents or dollars lost. Then the game isn’t updated so you can’t continue to further levels. As I said, I spend about half my time trying new games only to not even get the initial reward. Tracking of game level completions and updating the game/app to fix any missed rewards is badly needed.

UPDATE I finally got my gift card after about a month of waiting! I guess Benjamin is good to have as another source of income! There are better ones though. PREVIOUS I have been waiting over a week for my withdrawal. When I first contacted customer service I was told that it could take up to 7 days due to fraudulent users. I redeemed for a gift card on January 26! I also tried redeeming through ach and got error messages. I tried contacting customer service again, I know my messages are being seen, but I’m not getting any response. The team at this app app are very unprofessional and are doing a good job at ruining their business! The bridge app isn’t perfect but I haven’t had a problem redeeming my money instantly! I still want my gift card from the this app app and if calling them out is the only way to do it, so be it.

I don't usually write reviews, this is actually my first one, but this app is a really nice way to make some extra money, I found Benjamin from an ad and decided to try it out, I’ve been earning for about 2 weeks now on and off and I’ve already cashed out $50, on top of that I’m about to get an extra $20 from the event going on. One of the main reasons I like Benjamin apart from other earning apps is that the rewards don’t pend, after you complete a step you get credited instantly, some people can be deterred by the $25 withdrawal I would imagine but there’s lots of games with decent payout, you could probably cash out in a day or two if you really tried. Finally, cashing out is really easy, you can cash out directly to your bank/card or cash out as a gift card, while you may have to wait 1-3 days, the very nice support team can approve it for you if you experience delays, I had a delay on my first withdrawal and support responded within an hour and approved it for me. Overall this app is a good app and you should download 🥺

So there’s a lot of apps in Benjamin Store that claim that you can make money in them. I’ve found that many of them are either scams, or gambling apps. Yes you can make money off the gambling apps, but you either must have quick ability to process efficient gameplay, or you must be good (and have some luck) to beat other players in the attempt to make money. Then there’s Benjamin. It has more of an earning approach. I’ve come across other apps like this but this one has the best potential for a considerable payout. You won’t be able to make a living wage from Benjamin , but definitely make some extra money for some considerable spending money. You will have to tolerate a lot of ads, but this is how we’re getting paid. Lastly, I had an issue with getting paid on some of my earnings, and while Ben with support was a little slow with getting back to me, he delivered on getting my money to me. Great support!! Highly recommend!

this app is an easy way to make some side cash. Just let it scan for e-purchases or play mobile games form their game hub for cash. I took a chance on it since I saw it mentioned on some blogs I trusted. I’ve cashed and several time so far and have redeemed over $170 in a few months, which is pretty good for passive income on an app. Anyone who has slaved away for pennies on a long survey on other apps knows how refreshing it is to actually get paid a fair amount. There’s cash back for booking hotels as well, but I haven’t used that feature yet. I’ve had some very minor bumps along the way, but they resolved them quickly (once took an en extra 3 days to get points for a game and and once took an extra day to get a gift card). Customer service responds in less than half an hour. It’s a relatively new company, so they’re doing pretty well for a startup. I’ve gone through dozens of these types of apps, and this one is definitely legit and one of my top 3.

Now I’ve always been skeptical of apps where they say “play games make money” because they never end up rewarding you very much, but Benjamin has honestly impressed me. You start out earning cent amounts but as you progress farther into games you end up making more money (up to $14 on some that i’ve seen). Although some challenges I do wonder if they’re possible, like what they have for Honkai Starrail. I’m a Genshin Impact player and if the world levels are anything like Genshin I think getting to World Level 60 is impossible, but i’ll find out soon enough.
UPDATE: So I had an issue with one of my apps and I wasn’t getting the money for it, so they gave me a digital check but I don’t understand how I’m supposed to cash it, and I haven’t received a response yet.

Benjamin is great! I have been playing this for a couple of months now and I’ve made over $125… and I don’t play it every day. I think they have a lot of excellent games to play and I like the daily videos you can watch to earn extra cash. Customer service has been great too because last week I should have received credit for reaching a level in the game and never received it. I reached out to this app in the chat and they were very helpful and sent me a $5 courtesy reward, since I was never paid for what I earned. They were very friendly and helpful. They also send a lot of really cool incentives through email to earn extra money which is awesome. The only downfall, which isn’t even a huge deal at all, is that it takes about 5 to 7 days for the money to direct deposit into your account. other than that, Benjamin is amazing and I am so thankful I found it!

Really see friendly app that with a little time and patience can earn you decent money. The games available to download are popular and fun to play, connect a debit card and you earn cash back on your purchases on that card. They also offer surveys and always have some sort of promotion going to earn at least $10 extra. It’s easy to cash out, you get a few different options, and most importantly their customer service is top notch. I’m not just saying all this either I’m serious I have had a few different instances where I needed to contact customer service and each time I received prompt personal responses, they follow through until the issue is resolved and are super friendly. Just remember your password and enter your phone number first and then next screen enter your password. Autofill doesn't work for logging in on Benjamin that's why it helps to just remember your password.

I came across an advertisement for Benjamin on a mobile game that I play, when I first saw the ad my initial thoughts were, “this sounds too good to be true.” I can give my personal testimony that Benjamin delivers everything it says it does. The goals that are needed to reach to earn cash rewards are easily attainable, you don’t need to spend 6 hours a day playing games just to get a couple bucks. I played for 2 weeks every day for 1 hour and was able to reach the minimum cash out amount of $25 easily, and found some new mobile games I actually enjoy in the mean time. Okay so I was excited from the very beginning, I had a little doubt but I also had hope. When withdrawing remember it is business days not calendar days for the wait time.
