You have to pay for the pro version
When you open Wallpapers it’ll show you features then prompt for paying. When clicking the “X” the screen will go away but anything you click on from there will prompt you to pay.
I would not get Wallpapers, Other apps offer the same thing for free

Wallpapers gives you access to ONE basic wallpaper and then you must pay $9.99 to even view any of them. Horrible.

I appreciate the developer’s initiative here and creating Wallpapers. But seriously, all of these Dynamic Island this app are easily found via 2 mins in Google. And trying to get people to pay $6 US per week is kind of insane. I can’t imagine how many people “sign up” for this without realizing it. So, kudos for the ambition but this is an immediate uninstall for me.

There is no point in buying any kind of membership if Wallpapers forces you to pay 9.99 a month.
That is a hefty charge that stacks up and will cost more than most people would think.
The fact there is nothing for free to use means Wallpapers is made by money grubbing people who only make to fill their pockets without caring for the consumers

Just so apple developers know… asking for a review upon initial opening is the best way to get an uninformed single star. Just hope I remember to give an honest informed review once I know how it works. After using it, also know that not having any functionality without committing to a subscription is the best way to get uninstalled immediately and shoot yourself in the foot with ratings

If you end up subscribing for the free trial and want to cancel it Wallpapers says how to cancel subscription, and all it does is make you send an email that you’ll never get help on. Go into setting and search subscription and cancel it.

Wallpapers starts with asking you for money. They offer a free trial but only for 3 days. 3 days would be needed just to understand Wallpapers and then they would start charging money. So you won’t even know what you’re paying for.

Yup the title says it all. You need to pay 6 dollars a week to use this when there’s free options available. Maybe a one time purchase but definitely not a subscription. Terrible.

Holy moly Wallpapers is expensive. $5/week for access. These walls look fun and high quality but that is a price point I can't justify. Not to mention you're asked to rate Wallpapers immediately upon opening.

Only thing I’ll say is when I DL apps that the developers operate the way Wallpapers is it makes me so angry! Ya , so what I know they can charge how ever they see fit but I can’t stand having to give my personal and private card info that will then be most likely charged /“illegally taken”(IMO) a $1 to verify that it’s active and has funds ( which is an entire different scam IMO AND please don’t get me started on that here!) but these apps I will never even if it’s the greatest app of all time and is even giving away stuff I’ll never DL it because if you can’t have a tab with a limited selection of free content or something for not n paying people then all I think about is YALL DON’T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT ME AS A CONSUMER YOU JUST CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY!!! don’t get me wrong some apps do have services and that should be charged for but for widgets and this content?!? You can’t afford out of your thousands or millions or whatever to make something free and accessible without paying?!? idk if I should have just deleted and forgot about Wallpapers n just left a star rating with no review, since the reason I deleted Wallpapers is totally my personal preference.. then again, I do like to scan reviews before I DL any app and I realized if I would have read a review stating this issue I would have never wasted my time even downloading it! So maybe one day my review will help someone too from wasting their time like I did!!

All you do is find this app that have something in the island section. Sure there’s pets, but hundreds of other apps do the same. Just a glorified wallpaper finder that you could definitely find online.
