Terrible app. It’s very glitchy and will only allow you to cash out once. After that it will say your account is invalid. Even if you have adequate funds and meet all the requirements for an advance. I reached out to customer support and they deleted my bank account which made me not able to try again for an advance for a week. Once I did I was denied despite having $700 in my connected bank account. Customer service is awful and they keep taking the fee every month. Don’t do it. There are way better cash advance apps out there like Cleo and Earnin.

Based on the previous reviews I thought to give CreditConvey a try. But instead kept reaching error messages to determine my eligibility for an advance. Then messaged support, received an immediate but long reply on how to fix it, then tried to login and my credentials and membership were cancelled even though I didn’t authorize it or anything. So bummer. Can’t use CreditConvey and no way to get my account back even through customer support. And it doesn’t seem fair that I did nothing to get my account closed.

Don’t do business with these people they charge you money even after bank card was supposed to be disconnected and when emailed about it are trying to refuse to give the money back. CreditConvey hasn’t worked for me the entire time I’ve had it. And when you finally responded to email, they sent three back to back, including the one about closing my account and deleting it. How does that work? that’s proof right there I tried to cancel, but they did not respond in a timely fashion and now CreditConvey is inaccessible. Horrible service.

This company is a scam. I requested to cancel my subscription and delete my account and they have completely ghosted me, when I go to log in it says “User is disabled”, but when I messaged them for a confirmation that my account was deleted, I have not received a response in over 5 days. The monthly subscription charge is set for 6/3 which is coming up, so I am assuming they want me to not be able to access my account to delete it so that they can steal the monthly fee from my account. This company just wants to steal your money, do not under any circumstances give them your banking information, you will regret it.

Credit Convey needs to be reported to both Apple and the FBI for fraudulent charges that this company makes to your credit and bank cards when you install app on your phone. They are incredible thieves and have received thousands of such complaints why does Apple allow companies like this to steal from consumers?

I don’t recommend CreditConvey. They charge a $10/month “connection fee” when you link your bank account. You must link your bank account in order to use their services. I have never heard of a connection fee before.
You won’t get approved for advances. I would literally be spending $10/month to never get approved. It’s not worth it.
Plenty of other cash advance apps to try.

I needed my advance right away. The fact that I am still having to wait till 9:00PM this evening is absolutely unacceptable. When someone needs money, especially when they are low on funds or don’t have an funds at all, money should be given right away especially if you are a company that is offering an advance. I literally had to spend my entire weekend in doors because of this. I am completely disappointed with how this company is treating me and waiting for a $40 advance. I am truly disgusted and I am very sure I will not get any help. But just letting you know be aware of getting an advance with this company. They will make you wait forever depending on your citation.

DONT DOWNLOAD!! 2 months ago they charged me $10 just to connect my bank for a cash advance. It states try again tomorrow. Since they already got my $10, I kept trying each day. Still denied. I’m by no means rich or I wouldn’t be on here. But I do get enough that they can see I can pay it back. Still denied, no reason, just try again tomorrow. I cancelled it. Last month, charged the $10 again. You can only email. I emailed them delete my info. They’re scammers. I go in my bank account today and I’m charged the $10 again! I actually have a good amount in the bank and put the frustration aside and thought let’s try for an advance again before I really get annoyed. Heck, they charged me again so let’s try it. DENIED! Says try again tomorrow. I’m so frustrated with this scammer company. Return my $9.78 immediately! I cancelled you by email last month and I don’t know how you are charging me again. RETURN MY MONEY SCAMMERS!!

I only downloaded CreditConvey for a cash advance but it declined me for whatever reason so I went in CreditConvey to delete it and no option found to do so. I also was unaware of the charge for connecting my bank account. Most apps give you the option to delete the account right in app but this one does not. I also didn’t see any literature that I would be charged for connecting my bank either.

CreditConvey constantly says saving then won’t do anything else. I have tried for four days now. Don’t download it

I thought that I may need an advance. Downloaded CreditConvey to see what I could get approved for and decided to change my mind on using it. That was about 4 months ago, and every 2 weeks since then they have charged my bank account $8.00. I hadn’t noticed until today and made it a point to figure out what the charge was for. I had to download CreditConvey again to permanently cancel the account. They have continuously charged me for something that I never used. This is crazy. I don’t recommend anyone to use it

Lets see…. I have had 11 advances and paid back every single one on time using the same bank account as i use now, then out of the blue when i tried taking an advance out they say error with verifying info try back later or something like that, then they closed my account!!! I was a dam good customer and pretty offended the way i was treated.
That just goes to show you how they treat their customers. Never got a reply from them or anything, they just cut me off for no reason, i know that sounds crazy but its the truth.

CreditConvey makes no sense- clearly needs a dev team to fix ALL the bugs! Tried since it was highly rated here. You told me I was accepted for a loan, and even let me request the amount posted, telling me it would be sent by 9pm today. 1hr later… you automatically unlink my account, cancel my membership and then block my email. No explanation for all of this given, nor did I (obviously) receive the loan. Makes me wonder if all these are paid reviews?

Stated I needed to reach out to customer service as there was an issue with my bank. Emailed 4 times over a week, finally had someone just say “it’s your bank, not us. Nothing we can do”. Curious as they were more than happy to take the $10 connection fee and immediately remove the account after. Steer clear of CreditConvey

I’ve tried contacting support 4 times about being locked out of my account and unable to reset my password. I haven’t gotten a response in a week and have no idea if fees will still be pulled as I haven’t been able to cancel my account. I don’t like this at all. I would use caution with CreditConvey. I’ve only gotten a response once from support before the additional outreaches I made recently and the response was very automated. Seems a bit fishy to me.

CreditConvey could have its advantages but only if you get paid frequently like weekly or biweekly. It doesn’t make sense if you get paid monthly. The average first cash advance is $10. The charge for the advance is $2.99 to get it in a couple of business days or $3.99 to get in a few hours PLUS you get charged $8.78 membership fee in less than a week. If your payday is more than a week off, you’re in the red for three or dollars IF you don’t spend the $10 cash advance. If you spend the $10 or more, you’re definitely in a worse position that you were before obtaining the advance.

My husband makes great money in which they can see that, with my bank account connected to CreditConvey . But most of the time we are short on bills and need help. We have 2 kids and I am a stay at home mom. Whom doesn’t work. So with it just my husband making the income. It’s hard. But for some reason I have had CreditConvey for about a month now and have got about 5-6 loans from them and all they want to give me each time is $10. That don’t help do anything. And they will obviously get their money right back with my bank account linked to CreditConvey . So it’s really not helping me at all!

It’s a great app when you need to borrow money. Unless you get a new phone number.. then you can’t get in contact with anyone. As far as a password reset. I’ve been trying for about a month now to get someone to respond back to me and still have yet to hear anything.

CreditConvey is easy to use and easy to borrow money. It registers payment same day compared to other sites that Take days to process payment. Most sites only offer 100 or a couple hundred this one can go up to 500 which is nice.

It denied me the first few times I tried but was approved for $40 just now. Having a positive bank account is definitely important, I think. The instant delivery fee is a little high but I’m just glad to find another resource for cash in a pinch that actually works! I’m using Chime Bank, fyi.

Works mostly as anticipated, the only thing I would suggest is moving towards a more user friendly/explicative interface, as I could see this frustrating less tech savvy folks.

This help has been very helpful in helping me get through to my next paycheck. Fuss come quickly and they automatically process my payment on payday. The amount builds up over time rather quickly and I am able to have that extra help when needed. So far I have had no issues with receiving payment. If you are in need of a little extra cash till payday, CreditConvey is very helpful.

I gave CreditConvey 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. I do wish that it had the ability to have face recognition for logging in.

I was definitely iffy about CreditConvey but it has helped out whenever I was short on cash. The only thing I don’t like is you have to wait for another week to get another advance. At first you pay back and then right away you were able to get advance. I recommend CreditConvey to anyone if your short on cash.

Everytime I try up connect with plaid it said it’s a issue go back and try again I’ve done this 100 times and still nothing smh

So far CreditConvey has been great. I’ve had some concerns with the delivery fees constantly going up when the advance amount never changes. I appreciate the quick responses from customer service but do ask they look into the ever increasing delivery fees; paying that and subscription/bank connection fee is a bit much. I think CC can do better in that area but everything else is great.

I was a little iffy about CreditConvey at first but it has been one of the best things ever. It there when you need it and it builds itself up each time you pay back. It is not like other apps that just take the money back. They actually make sure you have the money in you account first so that you won’t go into the negative. I would recommend this too anyone that is short on cash and just needs a little to help them.

I thought this was another one of those apps where u have to go thru a million steps but it wasn’t. I entered my information then added my bank account and it let me know how much money I could instantly get. Deposit takes a couple hours but it def helps when in a bind.

Great company when you need a quick loan only complaint I have is the amount and the fees are a little high when your only getting a 20 dollar loan and that’s where I been is at 20 dollars and I’ve paid each payment since I started using the advance and the amount of time to receive another loan but a great company overall for a cash advance
