Bornes à fuir! Câble bloqué !!

this app est absolument à fuir! La borne a bloqué mon câble et leur support a été incapable de trouver une solution. Ils font une demande d’intervention technique mais n’ont accès à aucun technicien en direct, la demande peut donc prendre plusieurs jours ou semaines pour être résolue! Me voilà donc dans une zone commerciale sans suffisamment de batterie pour rentrer chez moi et sans câble pour la recharger! Le comble, on me dit que mon câble me sera mis à disposition par le technicien dans un magasin à proximité de la borne et que je devrais venir le chercher (donc pour le coup à 1h de chez moi!) - pas d’envoi à domicile… j’ai du demander gentiment à un concessionnaire automobile à proximité de bien vouloir recharger un peu ma voiture pour pouvoir rentrer. Merci this app pour une après-midi gâchée et un câble (qui coûte cher!!) perdu. Plus jamais.
