currently unusable

when logging in for the first time you are stuck on the "name your wallet" screen where you are completely unable to both finish or skip this process. without being able to log in and access the passes the app is unusable and useless. the old Token Transit app was better by leagues.
Ticket expires after 10 min?

This is ridiculous! I’m glad I only paid $1.75, but then I just lose that money. This app isn’t helpful at all and just makes money for RTA. It was suppose to create a digital card for my phone wallet and that didn’t happen either. What a waste of time and money.
Can’t find my student pass

I registered through a link and everything, my pass does not show on my screen. This is super frustrating for someone who is trying to travel to school and even more for someone who is less familiar with the bus system.
