Notice how all of the free faces have numerical time? That’s because those are the only ones that actually work. Every other “face” you see in WatchFacesWidgets isn’t a watch face at all - it’s the Timely App running on your watch, and it doesn’t replace the actual current watch face. Every time you lower your wrist, the Timely App goes away and the watch reverts back to the numerical face or native Apple Watch face. Devs say the work around is to set the watch to never display clock face - so it always shows the Timely App. This further proves these are not watch “faces”. Just WatchFacesWidgets running. On top of that; the numerical options that are actual faces only update ever 15 minutes, greatly reducing the usability of the complications.

Don’t waste your time or money on WatchFacesWidgets. The faces almost never load properly; and even when they do, they end up disappearing back to your original face. I tried everything, followed all of the on/screen instructions, etc. and NOTHING. I even emailed the developer through WatchFacesWidgets ’s support page. I received one canned reply, and they tried to make it sound professional by indicating I had been given an incident number or something similar. In the same message, they indicated somebody would be getting in touch with me about my issue. Now, almost 3 weeks later, nothing but crickets. Don’t waste your time or money on WatchFacesWidgets.

I’m not impressed by this watch fave app. The faves, while interesting, don’t function the way I thought they would. They do not show the time, just generic clock time (10:10). Perhaps I don’t have WatchFacesWidgets configured correctly.

The other issue is that notifications no longer pop-up on my watch. It dings when a notification comes across from the phone. This is pretty annoying as that’s one of the reasons I have the watch.

Probably uninstall WatchFacesWidgets to try and get back to normal…

When I first got WatchFacesWidgets everything worked great until it. I downloaded the activity app because I wanted to monitor my heart rate, oxygen level, steps, battery, level and activity, etc. everything worked great and now nothing will connect so I can’t even see my heart rate throughout the day. It’s basically useless and now I am forced to look for another app so that my watch will show real time #DATA especially for my heart rate. I have removed that watch face and re-downloaded multiple times. Right now it’s stuck on a black screen that only shows the time, date, and the temperature outside everything else is black.

To the developer. I reset my phone and watch, I have the latest version and it is set to my Apple Watch Ultra. Still having the same issues. Even when I remove my watch face then re-download it, it only appears as a black screen with two widgets. After selecting the watch face and setting it, it still displays incorrectly on my watch.

**UPDATE** I received a response finally, with steps to get the complications to work. That would be GREAT info if they had helped me with my actual email which detailed the issues I was having getting any faces to appear on my Watch. It was literally like they responded to a completely different email. Worthless app, worthless customer service.

After downloading WatchFacesWidgets , paying the $7 for lifetime access, and not being able to get any watch faces to appear on my watch, I reached out to Customer Service. It’s been 3 days and no reply. Thanks for nothing!

I paid the $6.95 because I wanted a watch face that would show my steps, rings, etc. Advertised to work with my Apple Watch. I followed WatchFacesWidgets instructions on setting up permissions. It says that it will only show compatible watch faces with your watch once it is set up, however it tells me that every one is unavailable for my watch after trying to choose it. Waste of money.

First after paying the $7.00 to get WatchFacesWidgets I was having trouble getting the watch faces to even show on my watch. Then in the writing before purchasing WatchFacesWidgets it said I get 200 Watch faxes and I literally only have able 20. And then the last complaint. I woke up the next day, took my watch off the charger and put it on my wrist and it’s still showing the same day with all the stats from yesterday. I WANT A REFUND!!

Saw a watch face that I wanted. Paid the $6.95 and couldn’t see the actual face in what I could select. Very limited selection. I selected a face similar and had to customize it. I don’t want to customize it, I want exactly what it shows under WatchFacesWidgets . When I went to customize it, nothing I had available to choose looked like what the face does on their app. I should have read the reviews - this is a scam

No way to know if wallpaper you see advertised is compatible with your watch until after you pay for WatchFacesWidgets . Even after paying, and selecting my watch so only available wallpapers are shown, wallpapers are saying incompatible with my iOS version, which on my watch is up to date. Annoyed that I wasted the money.

*response to developer- I emailed you as well about my issues with no reply. I did select my watch, and I restarted all things, and was able to download the wallpaper, but the option to always wake is not an option on the SE like your instructions say so the animated watch faces don’t work- and I have requested a refund.

Update*** The makers of WatchFacesWidgets did respond in a timely manner to the issues I was experiencing but their fix did nothing to correct the issue I was experiencing. Any of the watch faces that looked great and seem to be a must have won’t load onto my watch, I continue to get the message that “this face is not for your watch.”

The faces that do load are not very vibrant and are difficult to read.

In no way could I recommend WatchFacesWidgets.

I currently have a series 7 apple I watch WatchFacesWidgets requires you to indicate what series you have that seems to me that it would only show me faces that work on my particular series. Time and time again I try to put a watch face and I’m told not available for my watch. I’ve easily found 40 different faces that I could not get to work not to mention I was charged $8.99 for WatchFacesWidgets even though it says it’s only $6.99 for a lifetime.

I downloaded then immediately paid for WatchFacesWidgets because it was inexpensive, and it looks like you have no alternatives but to buy it. Then, when I tried to use one of the watch faces, the watch tells me that I need to update the application. When I followed the instructions to try and update the application via my watch, there was no update available, however, the watch face still does not work right. Goodbye $6.99!

1 star until these guys get serious about fixing a major bug that has not allowed me to see my walking distance in miles since I purchased in December. It works if changed to kilometers but always shows 0.0 miles no matter what if set to miles. It happens to be the data I like to see most on every watch so it’s an extreme deal breaker for me! I’ve reached out 4-5 times asking to be put in touch with a developer to resolve the problem which is probably easy for them to fix but I just get ignored every time! Do NOT purchase WatchFacesWidgets if you like watch faces that show your distance in miles as you’ll get to always stare at 0.0!

Followed all the directions and none of the faces would would upload to my watch. I even had an Apple tech try. We troubleshooted and still nothing. The faces look really cool in theory but don’t work.

Update - response was to contact developer yet there’s no way to contact them. The link takes you to a generic website about the Timely Watch Faces but doesn’t lead you anywhere else and there’s no contact information. I would like a refund. I even have a screen record of my attempts to install. It allows me to complete the first two steps but never gives me the option for the third step.

I really wanted WatchFacesWidgets to be a great app. I seen all the watch faces and thought what a great value. Yet what I found out was this is app is exactly that - watch FACES - that do nothing but tell the time and date. If you change apps the “watch face” disappears and it reverts back to your previous face, which most of the time is an Apple stock watch face.

On Skeleton watch face, and most others, the complications don’t even work, they are just for show. In the “Full Widget” faces none of the information is real except the time and date. If you click on any of them they do nothing.

Even upon installing most watch faces it has a link that says “How to always show Watch Face” and it tell you to set it to “return to clock” and set it for “after 1 hour”. WHAT are you kidding me.

I paid for functional watch faces and ended up with WALLPAPER.

I am asking for a refund but I doubt that will happen.

Do not use WatchFacesWidgets. It should be free as it has very little functionality built in. You can get the better from the built in Apple Watch Faces.

I received adds through social media and thought it was cool app; I chose to download and buy the package to get access to the faces. What a disappointment. The faces barely work, for example, I downloaded a face that had a step counter, but it does not keep your step count unless you click on the widget. Then I chose to download a 3D looking face, the image quality was poor and did not provide the 3D look advertised. Then I remembered that the add promoted branded faces such as Omega and Rolex, if you look for the Rolex faces, they show up as Royal although it uses the Rolex Crown. To make things worse, the hands on the watch do not move to the corresponding time. It is set a a specific time, hence you only get the right time twice a day. Apple should remove WatchFacesWidgets for false advertisement.

Disappointed with WatchFacesWidgets. All I want is a face that will show steps, mileage, heart rate, batt %, and time on one face. Selection is slim for activity watch faces but one looked like it had what I needed. I click on this face and it wants $6.95 for it. Ok for the watch face I want it would be worth it. Turns out after paying I don’t get the watch face, I get a link to down load modular duel which is a free Apple app. Already feeling screwed I build the face using modular duel but it only works part time and won’t switch from km to miles. WatchFacesWidgets is a total scam designed to make money for the developers.

The faces on WatchFacesWidgets are beautiful however, once you download them to your watch they don’t stay. Each time your watch screen goes to sleep mode and you look at your screen again the face has gone back to the original face. I contacted support and was given instructions on how to fix this problem, I followed their instructions each time this would happen but it still doesn’t work. I did realize that the faces that allow you to add directly to your watch app from the phone will work normally but the ones you have to add directly from WatchFacesWidgets on the watch doesn’t. The company needs to figure out how to add all the faces you choose to the watch app from your phone so you can download it to the watch from there. I would stick with the free faces on WatchFacesWidgets, they work, I noticed they are added to the phone app watch faces then u add them to your watch from there, they stay on until you change them. Once the company figures out how to add the faces to the phone watch app, it would be a perfect app.

I paid for the lifetime in app purchase, but the colorful dots on the bottom of the screen just keep refreshing. (Even went as far as deleting/reinstalling WatchFacesWidgets . Shutting off both the phone and watch) The restore purchases button doesn’t work either. I’ve gotten the purchase successful message. But, no matter what I do, WatchFacesWidgets won’t get past the refresh page which makes it unusable.

Please refund my money. Saw this advertised on Facebook and wanted the cool 3D face they demonstrate in a video. Bought WatchFacesWidgets and found out the face they show does not work at all like they show in the video. Tried to contact them using the support link in WatchFacesWidgets Store. That takes you to a web page that then takes you back to WatchFacesWidgets Store. So I’m guessing this is what serves as support. I’ve reported this to Apple. Please refund my money.

I love the face. It has all the data I want. But it Is glitchy. Had a lot of trouble getting miles to sync and had to see if for km, then, recently, it stopped keeping up with the date (a day behind) or would take forever to register that it’s a new day, then it just disappeared all together and I had to go back to one of the free faces that doesn’t glitch. For something that I had to pay for, I would expect more consistency.

Very few watch faces. If you only want one watch face like I did, may be worth it to you. The watch face did not install as directions showed. I had to add the face to my watch app, using the box with the arrow at top. I don’t know what the icon is called, but it’s used to share or add to something. I say stay away from this if your looking for a good variety of faces.

They make it sound like it’s and app with a variety of complications that work with the default faces and apps and it’s nothing if the sort. You get a very limited collection of faces and though the complications on those faces look very nice, clicking on them only takes you to a screen to set defaults for the watch face. Completely useless and a terrible waste of money.

I just got this because I loved the Royal Blue Analog face but, when I installed it got my Ultra Face, it’s off and looks cheap. It first does this second hand swing animation til it reaches the correct second on the face then it does this animation where it tries to fit the watch and that causes the display to be off. At the bottom, is the time in digital. Nice but, the letters are now setting on the analog face not the panel where the time and text should go. It’s cheap looking. I’d like my money back.

Addendum:
It’s not the animation that’s off. The digital section that should be in the lower right area is sitting on the analog part of the face. It’s too far up and should be pushed down some to sit on the non analog parts of the face. The small tick marks showing seconds, almost disappears when the graphic tries to settle. The graphic looks like it stretches to fit the face and distorts making the faces look really cheap and it loses clarity making it look cheap.

My watch is updated to the most recent iOS available through Apple. I just received a new watch two days ago and when I went to download one of the Watch faces, I received a notification that it was not compatible with the version of iOS that I have installed on my watch. does not make any sense.
What version of iOS are these watch faces compatible with???

When I first opened WatchFacesWidgets I was able to see all kinds of cute faces. It was difficult to load a live face which I found out after I paid the lifetime fee of $8.99… that it’s because I have a 3 iWatch; which is “Always On”. Support never answered my email but I was able to find it out by reading other reviews! Now when I open WatchFacesWidgets it shows hardly any cute faces.. especially for Christmas, which is why I purchased WatchFacesWidgets ! I want a refund since I can’t use many of the faces and now there are no live faces available to me.

So I bought WatchFacesWidgets and I’m having issues when I add the face for my watch. The weather is showing in Celsius I tried tapping on it to change, and it just buffering and buffering and it wouldn’t change. I asked for help and they’re telling me to tack my watch basically tap the settings and change it that doesn’t make any sense and it doesn’t answer my question everything I tried it still show which sense does it make if use Fahrenheit and Celsius and I can change it I don’t want to give this one star so maybe someone can help me this is my only problem with it

Last week it worked fine but now I have tried to add 3 different faces and it keeps doing something different. Says it can take up to 60 seconds to add but never does. Also wants me to send a message when I change the face and I don’t so maybe that is why it isn’t changing but I didn’t need to do that last week. At first I was excited with all the options and looking forward to new faces but now it isn’t working properly and I am annoyed with the whole app.

After purchasing WatchFacesWidgets and running it for a few days, I’ve noticed a complication don’t update properly, and sometimes they all over the place. For starters, the distance doesn’t work at all you can easily go on a 5 mile jog, and it will still display 0 miles. Also, the step counter displays random amount of steps. for example, say I took 5000 steps Apple health will show 5000 steps. The watch face will show 5000 steps and then jump to 12,000 steps and then go back down to 500 after sometime. Very strange behavior.

I love the idea of this but needs some work. My biggest disappointment from fitbit to Apple Watch was the change from easy steps count on fitnit to hunting with apple watch. The 3 circles just dont cut it IMO.

These watch faces fix that, thanks! However, the step count on this face plate is always 1-2k less steps than what the apple watch circle app says. Also its 8 am Thursday and the watch is still showing yesterday’s steps. Great idea. Just needs a little more work.

I like WatchFacesWidgets. It provides better options like steps compared to the Apple faces BUT some of the designs are too busy. You can swap out some things they’ve added with the preset Apple Watch compilations which is good. But it would be nice to have some simplified faces with just steps, date, calories date and time. But I’ll keep playing with it and hopefully they keep adding.

EDIT: what i said below is not WatchFacesWidgets’s fault. A few other apps are having the same problem. Watch OS just updated this month, so I am sure these apps just need time to catch up and update too. I will be patient. I can’t honestly give above 3 stars because I need to see actual performance, but giving that 1 star review before was unreasonable. Devs, look forward to the compatibility update!

I feel cheated. WatchFacesWidgets says my watch is supported (SE, it’s later than series 4), so the watch faces look really cool so I pay the $7, and “Oh, these faces are not compatible with your version of Watch OS.” My grandpa had an expression about people who steal, but I’ll just say I’m very disappointed.

So far I love it. Gives so many nice options. I’m a nurse and need to switch to a new watch face a lot. But also love the cute ones. Especially during holidays!! I paid $7 so it’s not a ridiculous amount of money.

My only issue is on the watch face if you tap weather says to update however when I follow the instructions to update there is no option for Timely watch to updat

Some of the Watch vases is like a secondary screen they were and then when the screen is open, it goes back to the original watch base. If you had on there before you add this one and it’s kind of annoying I don’t really care for that but whatever.

Nice looking watch face. The problem is the wind still shows kmh and the rain percentage is way off. I checked all of the settings, they are correct. I will give it a few to see if the watch is accurate.

WatchFacesWidgets is very nice. The faces are beautiful in my opinion. The only thing I don’t like and wasn’t made apparent until after I purchased and reached out to support is the ability for the active faces to run all the time. If you see faces that have motion, the only way to view that motion is to touch the watch face and it only lasts for a few seconds. Per support, Apple prevents their app from allowing full motion without touching the face. I’m not sure it would have prevented me from paying for WatchFacesWidgets but it wasn’t disclosed up front during the initial purchase. Hopefully this is something that can be changed in the future which would make WatchFacesWidgets a 10.

One thing that would really improve WatchFacesWidgets is if the complications could be set to open in a relevant app. For example, I use Fantastical for Calendar, but when I tap a calendar complication displayed by this watch face app, it opens the watch face app. I get why but it would be so much more useful if I could have it open my calendar app of choice. Same is true of weather, why can’t it open Carrot for example? Last, the colors are fixed unless you choose monochrome so it’s hard to mix and match from different faces. Maybe they could implement some palette based controls so you can decide what “multicolor” palette you want. Anyway for the price I am grateful for it. Thanks!!

I have tried many apps but this one was worth the one time fee. I can’t stand having to pay a subscription every month just to make my watch look pretty. WatchFacesWidgets and these faces knock it out of the park! So happy I stumbled across it!

I appreciate that WatchFacesWidgets offers a one-time purchase option, which is reasonably priced. Unlike many other Apple Watch apps, this one doesn't lock you into a subscription model. It's a one-time investment that unlocks all choices for your watch faces. Personally, I found this a breath of fresh air, as I wanted to be able to view my daily step count at a glance, something that none of Apple's default faces provided.

Regarding the matter of family sharing, I did come across a slight issue. I initially purchased WatchFacesWidgets with the intention of sharing it with my wife via the Family Sharing feature. However, it appears that the process wasn't as straightforward as anticipated. Despite having Family Sharing configured, when my wife attempted to download WatchFacesWidgets from my purchases, she was prompted to make a separate purchase. I reached out to WatchFacesWidgets 's support channel for assistance, and they promptly resolved the issue. If the developers continue to provide such effective support, it would significantly enhance the overall user experience.

So I gave a poor rating when I tried using WatchFacesWidgets with my Apple Watch 4 series. I upgraded my Apple Watch however to the 9 and have no issues with WatchFacesWidgets now coincidentally. I would caution if trying to use with older Apple Watch series but wow, I’m very happy now. Happily will give a 5 star rating now.

First I have downloaded WatchFacesWidgets and paid for life time then I saw again it asks for pay first place I’ve got disappointed but later I closed app and opened and saw that worked , has cute wallpapers.

💯This is the best app I tried for Apple Watch that I own and that ever owned. It’s easy to use WatchFacesWidgets and easy to add new Watch Faces. Worked good with my series 8 and my loved Watch Face is calendar with weather forecast. Thank you 🙏

Never thought I would have an issue with WatchFacesWidgets because every time I installed a watch face it worked right up until they updated their app now all of a sudden I can’t add any of the new faces that they’ve put on their website. It goes on my watch, but it doesn’t stay at reverts back to the previous face that I have on there.

I hate having to pay for Apple apps from WatchFacesWidgets Store. Having said that I loved the fact that this was a one time only purchase, reasonably priced and fantastic choices that offer a wide variety. I wanted to be able to view my steps at a glance and none of Apple faces provided a feature I liked.

I would like to give it a good review, however I think it is dishonest on the part of the developer and Apple when it does not allow you to install the desired screen unless you give it 5 stars, it seems that it is only to sell a mediocre app even when it presents itself beautifully The main screen does not work as presented and Apple is to blame for allowing it. I definitely do not recommend it and it is a waste of money, thank you.

Hello! I purchased your app to give it a try but I can’t seem to figure out how to share the purchase with my wife.
I have family sharing set up but when my wife downloads it from my purchases, it asks her to make the purchase also. I clicked on app support but that did not work.
Can you help please? Thank you!

Nice app with some cool faces, although some of them don’t work properly. The ones that do show up function accurately. It would be nice to have a complication that could be put on the face of a native clock to return to WatchFacesWidgets easily.

Update: There is a complication that enables you to get back to Timely Watches easily. I’m not sure if that was always there, but it is now.

Developers we need more watch faces with easy to read calorie, distance, step, date and battery life. Otherwise an excellent app well worth the purchase.

I ordered a lifetime subscription to Timely Watch Faces. I wanted the cute little watch face for Christmas with the snow falling. It says it's supposed to fall for three seconds when you move your hand. The cute little picture came up finally but there is no snow falling. It is not animated.i really would like my $12.99 fee refunded.
