Won’t Log In And Keeps Asking For Payment Even When Paid

I got this app on my iPad and I purchased the plan for $20 a year but after I recorded 2 voices it told me I ran out of tries and need to pay again. I thought maybe logging in would help but when trying to make an account it only says invalid email or password but won’t accept any changes. I’m guessing this is only a bug on iPad but on phone they want $6 every week if I can’t use the changer on my iPad I would like my money back but there is no option for that I just want the app to work.

Quick to charge but they don’t tell you you are limited to 15 seconds. Their response is they are updating and could take a few days or months? Now I get to go through the hassle of trying to cancel this and track down a refund.

I only used ONE SINGLE voice and then it begs me for money. The quality on the voice changer barely changed my voice and sounded awful.
