I signed up for the trial period and got charged for a year. I did not agree to this. I tried to cancel before my trial period was up but had so much difficulty trying to cancel it. I finally was a able to cancel it but I was one day late due to trying to figure out the cancellation process. Please reimburse my account. I was charged for a year and did not sign up for this. I have contacted customer service repeatedly about the fact that I was charged for the app through my paypal and don't have access. I was actually charged twice and did receive a refund for the charge to my google account. I do not have access with the current automatic paypal charge. They have said to make sure I go under the account that was paid for, but I don't see where to change accounts. I don't understand how, if I have paid for the app and have the receipt from it, that I can't gain access to the app. This is so frustrating!!!

Good day, To whom this may concern, I downloaded the Photo App on my phone, on the 03Apr 2022 and to use the app I was offered a 7day free trial period. After accepting, the full amount for your services was deducted out of my banking account and this was even before I used the app. This is a formal declaration that I will make sure this knowledge gets posted on the app store and that I will not use this app or your services ever again. I have had to cancel my bank card and I have had the worst 2 days trying to get this money back for a supposed free trial period. I had to uninstall your app. Because it caused problems with pop up ads! Since I uninstalled Air Brush I don't have any issues. Please do not renew this subscription, I was charged and paid till Dec. 2021. If you charge for your app. You should not have ads!. If you charge again without my permission. I got this app when it came out, almost everything was free even though I don’t mind paying for some things, I will not pay for weekly charges. A one time fee is not so bad. I can’t remember if this app is a one time fee or weekly, however I do remember the fee kept going up. The most important part though, the reason I am deleting this app and have deleted many others is because of the “Privacy Policy” that you HAVE to agree to before you can now even access the app. It says you can change it in your settings but if you do not allow them access you may not be allowed to use their services. So please tell me WHY you or any other app needs my privacy information, to give to 3rd parties but you can’t even guarantee that access (if granted) to my privacy is PROTECTED?? Why do you need to create FACIAL RECOGNITION with my pictures & release of my privacy information? That’s as far as I read before I backed out and said NO WAY! I am deleting this app, I haven’t used it in months and I have never agreed to any kind of privacy policy so I hope you guys haven’t been snooping through my info.

First, I haveTried to reach out to airbrush customer service probably no less than 10 times over the past year, it is near impossible to reach anyone and they will never ever get back to you. Ever.
I pay for the app. But they still have zero customer service, and are not interested in hearing from you.
I enjoy some of the filters they put together but after that you are just a number and they are not there to help you with anything further which would keep you as a customer. I don’t understand why every time I close the app it does not remember any of my settings no matter what I do.
The front facing camera becomes the back facing camera, the last filter was forgotten and nothing is retained in the app ever if you close it out -and as a photographer this has really cramps my style, mostly wasting a lot a lot of time.
I AirBrush does not seem to care about this issue, they don’t want to hear about this issue, they don’t want to fix this issue, and they are happy just taking your money and not having to deal with any kind of improvements or customer relations at all.
