App is downloading incorrectly. The lines on text overlap so you can’t properly see the headings. The contend of HealAdvisorAnalyse2 itself is good. The function of HealAdvisorAnalyse2 portion is very poor

Why do I need to delete HealAdvisorAnalyse2 and reload it every time to use it? Unless I do that, the programs do not show.

I keep getting a security message when trying to log into this new app. It says someone is trying to impersonate this website.

It’s not working again. Not a good app. What can I do?

This use to work fine and the last update has caused many issues. Today a lot of my programs disappeared. If I go into my history to use the frequencies the screen turns white and something is spinning. Please fix HealAdvisorAnalyse2! I need it for customers.

Connects successfully to my Healy but analyze keeps spinning. Very frustrating for the cost of the product

I didn't want to do this, but I really am struggling with this. I bought my device in 2022, spent almost 2k on the device and all the programs for life. It had been working fine other and a few update glitches here and there where I would either have to do a hard shut down or delete the apps and reload, and they typically would work. Now that I paid this off in Sept, I’m not able to get into 2 of the 3 apps. I can only get the Healy 2 app to work. It’s telling me everytime I log in that “connection to the cloud server failed. Please try again.” When I go in to create a ticket for assistance on this, Safari blocks the sites from getting through and tells me “The connection is not private. This website may be impersonating “help.Healy.world” to steal your personal or financial information. You should close this page” if I try to bypass it, mcafee blocks the site. Can someone please help me get some answers. Everyone got their money, but now I have no assistance to get this fixed. Can someone send me a contact email or phone number so I can speak with someone to get this fixed please?

I get a verification code error that the code can’t be generated or sent.

I cannot find any information about this problem anywhere on the Internet.

I never had to deal with a verification code before. It’s not in my email box.

Furthermore, I get all these messages with the new apps that they’re collecting and using my sensitive data. I don’t appreciate that the default should be that they can’t use that.

This company leaves a lot to be desired. The product works well but the company is really messed up.

After synchronizing, red point app is use in normal . This blue point V2 show 0 IMF . Need to fix it asap! Can’t use it

HealAdvisorAnalyse2 quit working for me with the latest update. I’ve had to revert back to the original app for resonance scans, etc. please fix this.

HealAdvisorAnalyse2 only works now with a one time use and then stops working. I have to delete HealAdvisorAnalyse2 and redownload it for it to continue to stop working once again.

When I try to use it, I just keep getting the error that it can’t connect to the HealAdvisor Cloud. There’s no information about what the error is, so I can’t troubleshoot it.

I have had one problem after another with the Healy. I feel like an idiot for spending so much money on this piece of junk that won’t even work!

I cannot see the full menu on my iPhone nor will HealAdvisorAnalyse2 recognize my MagHealy. The many problems with version 2 has kept me from using it but you have turned off the access to the original one that worked perfectly! This needs to be fixed immediately as I have the latest update as of today.

The previous app worked completely fine, no problems at all. Sometimes slow but other than that it was fine. That app was completely shut down which forced all of the Healy owners to use this “New and improved” app. It did not load any databases the first time then after deleting HealAdvisorAnalyse2 and reloading again it worked 1 time with databases then they all disappeared again. This is so frustrating especially when you need it, not to mention how much the device and service costed and cannot even use it. I have everything updated. There should not be any problems. This needs to be corrected because there are a lot of Healy and Maghealy owners that need it to work properly.

Deleted and tried to download 3x. Not working at all. :((

HealAdvisorAnalyse2 has been working perfectly until yesterday after it upgrade itself to the latest version, it is now running extremely slow and takes a very long time to complete the analysis and most of time the analysis does not complete…

It was working so well! I was using it every day. Now when I open HealAdvisorAnalyse2 it just closes.

HealAdvisorAnalyse2 has been updated and has been working waaaaaaay better than before. And now it’s not working at all. I’m going to have to delete it and reinstall it. I really hope I don’t have to re-enter all of the clients. This is a big time sucker. Please stay on top of this!

I see that three days ago there were updates and bug fixes. That is exactly when it quit working for me.

I have reseted the healy device (holding the on/off button for 20 secs.) and still HealAdvisorAnalyse2 does not show my data from the cloud. I can’t run any program. Have to uninstall and reinstall HealAdvisorAnalyse2 several times during the day( 5-6 times), so I can run the programs.

I have Apple devices.

It was working beautifully but all of a sudden it has quit - will just spin. So I delete it and then reinstall and it will work once. Delete again and reload and same thing.
