O app tem me ajudado muito no retorno a atividade física. Saber que a cada treino eu estou chegando na minha meta semanal me estimula a continuar para bater minha meta. As vezes termino o treino minutos antes, mas saber que tenho a meta do app me faz continuar para fechar mantendo o objetivo que tenho na Fully.
