How to fix FPRO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FPRO app on iPhone
Update FPRO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FPRO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FPRO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FPRO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix FPRO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FPRO app issues:

Force Stop the FPRO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FPRO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FPRO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FPRO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FPRO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FPRO.

Fix FPRO unable to contact server/ FPRO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FPRO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FPRO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FPRO on android.
