How to fix Health app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Health app on iPhone
Update Health app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Health iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Health on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Health network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Health Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Health not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Health App
1. On android, goto Settings » Health » click [Force Stop]

Update Health to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Health App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Health » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Health.

Fix Health unable to contact server/ Health internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Health » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Health » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
