Close and restart the AnilyMe app on iPhone
Update AnilyMe app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve AnilyMe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix AnilyMe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent AnilyMe app issues:

Force Stop the AnilyMe App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click AnilyMe app. » click "Force Stop".

Update AnilyMe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AnilyMe App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "AnilyMe app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch AnilyMe.

Fix AnilyMe unable to contact server/ AnilyMe internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click AnilyMe » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got AnilyMe » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AnilyMe on android.
