Just switched over to FanDuel. WilliamHillIllinois looks like it was designed in 1997. And the physical Sportsbook location was advertising the Caesar’s app….which isn’t even available in Illinois.

You’d assume that all states would have access to the same developer platform. Apparently not.

There are never boosts. Nothing specific to the state it is in either. Not exactly giving people a reason to use WilliamHillIllinois . Pretty shocking that Caesar’s would put their name to this.

WilliamHillIllinois does not work properly, the verification process is not instant like it is advertised. it takes more than 45 minutes to an hour to get verified. Caesars expects you to wait around in your local casino for 2 to 3 hours waiting to get verified to hopefully gamble more money at their partners casino. terrible app do not download. I am still currently waiting in the casino that I drove over an hour or two to get verified. the verification process does not work.

I am unable to deposit funds due to an error with my home address, and the only way to change your personal info is through customer service. Every time I try and reach customer service either through chat or calling, I am told their systems are down. You'd think they'd want their customers depositing funds into their accounts.

This is by far the worst betting experience. They leave il out of every boost and most promos, their live chat doesn’t work, and even their promos have wording that should include illinois but dont. They have no way to link caesars rewards and if you download WilliamHillIllinois, you will be severely dissatisfied and never come back. Go to fanduel or draftkings, it’s not close. Awful all around. It’s clear they do not care about il bettors

If you want an app that has has log in errors, constant loading issues, crashes, and 1/3 of the lines of other apps, this is the one for you. Supposedly you can earn Caesar Rewards, but I’m sure that will not work correctly either

Insanely bad app. Routinely gets stuck trying to place bets so you have to close, go through 2FA, and try to place bets again. Difficult to track bets or payouts. Not worth your time or money.

Reviews speak for themselves, I have only been using this for one Sunday of football and have had more issues than I have had in 5 years of draftkings/FanDuel combined.

Worst Sportsbook app on the market. Won’t open or process a bet half the time. Only reason I keep trying is for the soft lines. Other than that it’s not worth your time.

It’s a shame they have such a terrible app in Illinois.

I’ve used WilliamHillIllinois they have in Indiana and it’s great.

This thing is probably the worst I’ve used/seen.

You won’t beat out fanduel/draftkings with such poorly designed website/app and with so much bugs! Pay up for good ui/ux developers and engineers! Horrible!

I can’t even enter my Caesar’s number. My Caesar’s number is two digits longer than WilliamHillIllinois allows to be entered. How stupid is that?

It’s hard to believe how incredibly lousy WilliamHillIllinois is. I’d be embarrassed if I was Caesars and my name was on this. Will definitely save me money since I won’t be using it.

No boosts, all other states with Caesar’s Sportsbook have great daily boosts but Illinois doesn’t. App is so old and terrible looking, terrible available bets

Navigating through WilliamHillIllinois is horrible. Enough said. I’ll stick with FanDuel.

I haven’t had as much trouble as others have. But yes, you cannot track your bet history at all. If you place multiple bets on game day, there is no way to easily show who or what you voted for or what the payout is going to be. Not a lot of betting options, either.
