How to fix WannaPet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WannaPet app on iPhone
Update WannaPet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WannaPet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WannaPet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WannaPet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WannaPet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WannaPet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WannaPet App
1. On android, goto Settings » WannaPet » click [Force Stop]

Update WannaPet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WannaPet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WannaPet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WannaPet.

Fix WannaPet unable to contact server/ WannaPet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WannaPet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WannaPet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WannaPet
