I have used the platform for over a year and I have used the audio opinion to read most of the time. There are little kinks sure but I have found all the ones I came across took less then a minute to sort out. Over all I will continue to use this platform to read and write as I have for the foreseeable future.

I really enjoy reading these stories. They are written well so you can really understand everything. I've read other books where the person wrote some lines which seemed like they were written by a child or kind of backwards. These books are perfect in their writing so thank you.

So i was ok with NovelOasis similar to the other book readers on the market however I spent money three times and still can’t get what I paid for. I’ve contacted customer service several times and no response… bought monthly membership with daily vouchers and still no vouchers… gonna ask apple for a refund cause this is crap… love the books here but you can’t read them without paying. 300 chapters to get to the first issue…books over 1000 chapters and ongoing…sad would have loved it but rip off with no support

It is definitely expensive and some of us are on fixed incomes and cannot afford to do this and every time I get just about up to enough bonuses or points whatever you wanna call them. They tend to be expired by the next day when I’m trying to read a book.

You have to do multiple task to get vouchers to open up the chapters. Most books the first few chapters are free then they are locked. You have to pay to get coins to unlock the chapters. You get free vouchers after reading for a certain time limit but if you don’t buy coins you can’t read to get the free vouchers. Unless you start a whole new book and read the first free chapters. Only then do you get 10-15 vouchers and the minimum that I’ve seen has been at least 22 coins/vouchers to open a chapter.

I’m having to uninstall NovelOasis every time I get out from NovelOasis and the download again to get into NovelOasis if u could fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated

I purchased coins I didn’t get and sent them multiple emails and screenshots of the coins I purchased and no response from company the coins and book I was reading were both gone
I tried to get Apple to refund my money cause this company is a thief said no in app purchases but even when I have Apple receipt to prove it
I’m giving this 0 stars please disregard that 1 star I wouldn’t even give it that

I personally never read manga or anything like it and this has gotten to start reading manga or anything like it and I just got to say NovelOasis is amazing.

Interesting though but the price to continue reading is too high how many people can afford it? Reading on line

This book is great. The characters wonderful. But I think in order for Any to escape this man's torture, she needs to tell him the truth. Which of course will change his attitude towards her

I wish the books were free so that the will be no need for card number

I have really enjoyed reading this book. I can't wait to read when the CEO finds out that the 6 children are his and the woman she's torturing.

So love NovelOasis but it keeps loging me out, take for every to load.I have to say that the coins are good between 20 to maybe 26 so far in the one book im reading

NovelOasis keeps crashing. I get a blank white screen constantly when trying to load NovelOasis . I had to delete and re download it and lost my purchases even though I created the account and logged back into it. What a joke. Save your money and time. 🙄

I got sucked into reading some of a story, and so I downloaded Novel Oasis. It’s expensive, it’s hard to know what it will cost to read a book, and the story I started reading wasn’t finished! I have to wait for new chapters to come out so I can continue the story.

I love all the novels I've read thanks to all the authors also with this publishing no hassle to the pearls because we just checked in and watched the ad....thank you

So it worked fine and I thought ok I’m invested in a book I’ll spend money and now NovelOasis won’t load past the novel oasis screen. So I guess I wait and see if it will start working again or request a refund for the stuff I can’t use

I haven't finished the entire book but I am near the end and has been fantastic

No you cannot read for free you have pay for coins and vouchers to open chapters most of them have over 1,000 chapters you can pay for a book 10 times before you read all the chapters and there’s only 8 pages per chapter I would like to give them negative stars

However the point expire an sometimes NovelOasis doesn’t load so I’ve had to delete an re download. Every time I turn off auto chapter it turns back one. NovelOasis needs some improvements an a way to keep your points or earn enough to read a chapter a day at least.

I had vouchers I earned I wasn’t gone long enough for them to expire and they didn’t reload! I couldn’t get in NovelOasis cause it is broken! And the vouchers disappeared and it won’t let me reclaim the ones I lost when I didn’t even post I was saving to unlock new chapters cause the books are way to expensive at the very beginning when you nothing! NovelOasis has been horrible!

NovelOasis worked only the day I downloaded it. I purchased coins to read books and can’t even use them anymore because NovelOasis won’t even open again. Definitely poor quality.

Don’t waste your money I pay for vouchers and read a book the first chapters ok but all of a sudden app don’t download more chapters and went blank and I don’t have access to NovelOasis no where to communicate with costumer services.

App cannot open keeps freezing I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling, NovelOasis for books is too expensive no way to get enough coins to read not even 1 chapter to accumulate the coins it take a few days!

Recently started using app a day ago made a 20$ purchase and today NovelOasis won’t even open. Very disappointing.

Either fix it or refund me. Went to customer support and it says no refundable purchase how convenient!

I like NovelOasis and loving the novel im currently reading, but there are VERY few opportunities to get vouchers/coins. When a book has like 50+ chapters, and it’s 30++ coins to unlock a single chapter… I just can’t afford the amount of money it takes. It would also take me forever to read the book if I’m just going on the few bonuses that we do get. Wish there were ways to earn more vouchers without having to fork over money I don’t have.

Love the stories on here. Last night I bought some coins and vouchers, but today NovelOasis keeps crashing and won’t load. Keeps logging me out too. I’ve deleted and redownloaded NovelOasis a couple times and I’m still having the same issue. I found the story I’ve been reading on other apps but I don’t want to pay again for something I’ve already paid for on NovelOasis :/

Good app not to hard to do things to get chapters but if you want to read the whole book in one day the. You should purchase otherwise once your don’t with daily things you can’t read for free

I loved the book, it didn’t drag on like most books I’ve read. You get to have the POV of everyone. At first I was so upset with Oscar but then I understood that it wasn’t entirely his fault although he could have handled the issues different. All in all I loved the book. The sight is amazing as well.

It’s an okay site. More expensive than others. Stories are short and expensive. I paid for one top up and it was gone within an hour. Haven’t tried to contact customer service.

NovelOasis is good , the price is a bit high but still manageable, but the opportunities to earn vouchers is through reading only. All in alll it’s quite ok, hopefully they can ads to earn vouchers that would be amazing. Thank you…

This book keeps you interested and allows you to think about how it it like everyday life. It also shows you how to protect yourself from ruthless people that only care about money and themselves. Well written.

I love the the books and what they have to offer although I dislike sliding pages and I’d prefer to scroll but I don’t mind it. I love the books and I will probably continue to enjoy them

Just how many times do you have to buy the book? I get into the story then it stops & you have to buy coins. Then you read so many chapters & again you have to buy coins. I don’t care if the stories are great I won’t keep buying more coins & then still not even be able to finish the book. Absolutely, ridiculous! I’ll be deleting & highly recommend NOT to buy it.

Out of all the apps I’ve used to find free stories, this one is my favorite. It gives you better opportunities to read more than 1 chapter a day and it’s easy to get vouchers.

I like NovelOasis just wish there was a way to get more points without having to keep buying them. But overall it’s a good app lots of good book options

I love NovelOasis works great and love all the stories just wish the update was more at a time and the cost to buy coins are hard for people on a fixed income!!

Thoroughly enjoying the book I’m currently reading. Great story line, well written, and has me impatient for the next chapter each time. Just wish there was a way to obtain more free vouchers to unlock chapters

Love the story. The FL is a strong woman, able to face life’s difficulties. Hope her biological family will be able to recognize the “snake” in the family. Well written, storyline not the usual CEO thingy.

The novels on here are great. They keep you wanting to read. The only thing I would change is making more ways to earn points so you can keep reading. It gets expensive for those of us who don’t have the disposable income to spend.

Good to read. Can be pricey but for a story I’m ready one of the only apps to be able to read it on. Love the fact you can earn to be able to pay to read.

NovelOasis is incredible because it has a lot of interesting stories but the only problem I seem to have is to gain the vouchers. I tried to watch the videos but even if I do I don’t get the points. If you can fix that, please?

Skip NovelOasis, don’t waste your time or money. While I admit I'm hooked on the book I’m reading I will be deleting NovelOasis once I’m done. (Also there’s a TON of typos in the books, makes it annoying to read.) It’s absolutely ridiculous how expensive it is. To finish a book on NovelOasis could be $60 or just days on end of watching ads. You can get books for 99¢ on kindle, do that instead.

The interface is clumsy - the same tap to move forward in pages is also to get out of the book. I kept skipping chapters by accident. It also starts at the beginning of the chapter you last read - no apparent way to book mark.

Also, the editing is terrible to non-existent.

I am so glad that NovelOasis provides some of the best stories around! I totally recommend you get NovelOasis! You won’t be disappointed!

The books are very expensive, you could pay over $40 just to finish a book with extremely short chapters ( some 9-12 pages long) also NovelOasis glitches so I never receive my free chapter a day. Lastly the vouchers expire, if I pay for something they should not be expiring had almost 200 vouchers expire while looking for a new book to get into.

This is literally the most expensive book I’ve read to-date and I haven’t been able to finish it because the author is updating the story (while it’s published on NovelOasis !). The book was stopped for 2 days (error message said to check back in a day), then a couple of chapters were added, but now it’s stopped again! It’s full of typos and grammatical errors - readers should get a refund or a load of coins added.
