I am attempting to catch up on manga when I see comics strips dated for the 1950s showing up. I am considering to delete MangaReader because of this.

I’m giving MangaReader a 1 star review. MangaReader has a lot of loading issues on server 2 and 3 when I click on any Manga to read. I’m very disappointed that MangaReader takes soooo long to load in server 2 and 3 to the point that MangaReader will close itself or freeze up my phone.

Until I see these issues fixed in a future update I will change the star rating to a 5. So far again MangaReader is disappointing.

Y’all have deleted my favorite series I can’t find it

Can’t use it waste to remove ads when pages won’t load

Good selection. But terrible to read. Pages only half load. And than it takes forever to load pages.

Some chapters load very well. Others partially load. Watch an advertisement every time. Exit and reenter the same chapter before it’s fully loaded, have to watch another advertisement. Still doesn’t fully load. Reenter chapter again, have to watch another advertisement. And the last page is always the first one to load while the first one is always the last one to load. How does that make any sense?

All the servers are not loading. Pages are loading too slow

For the most part MangaReader is pretty good the ads are bearable but the only problem I have is that when I did the update the update got stuck and deleted all of my books even the ones that were book marked and now I gotta remember all the books I was reading tbw I have over 50 books

I’ve had MangaReader for several months now and I’m constantly having to delete manga I’m currently reading and re-add them to my favorites because the manga was taken down. There is no search bar in your favorites so if you are looking for a specific manga in your favorites you just have to scroll through it. You may receive a notification that a manga you’re reading has updated, but MangaReader lags and doesn’t move the manga to the top of the updated list if you have it sorted that way in you’re favorites. Occasionally the latest update section is flooded with comic books so it becomes difficult to find new manga or manhwa. This is also true in the newest section. This manga reader does allow you to search by genre, but if you are trying to narrow down to manga of multiple genres it doesn’t have that capability.
Overall, this is a decent app for what it is, but it needs many improvements.

When I look at the latest updates tab I see manhwas I’ve bookmarked before, but they don’t show it and I end up bookmarking it again. Then it shows two duplicates in my library. Also the manhwa genre tag is glitched too. All of my manhwa that used to have the tag don’t have it anymore, and that makes it hard to search and find them.

I enjoy MangaReader it has a great variety of manga but the panels take forever to load and sometimes they skip a slide which is very annoying so if only the loading time could be fixed it would be the perfect manga app.

I like MangaReader because they others don’t work or are slow on updating the chapters. But the downside is that it doesn’t have a refresh button because some manga’s chapters are slow to load and the pages don’t load in the right area of the chapter

Trying to find Talent Swallowing Magician but I can’t find the manhwa. Instead, one manhwa from the creators has the name listed and keeps popping up smh. I should have held off before paying

There a lot of missing manga until now I find chainsaw man and other have long I will not their name, but I can’t also get email access to login so I can send a note to the Developer

It’s a really great app for people that reads manhwas/mangas, but there is an issue loading up entire episodes due to bad wifi or app switch so it would be great to have a download feature to download the episodes before hand and get the ad switching between episodes(considering that MangaReader is completely free it’s their source of income)

I wish that MangaReader saved what page you're on. Nothing more annoying that being almost done with a chapter, having to close MangaReader , and then later having to find what page you were on. There should be some sort of bookmark feature

I really enjoy reading mangas on MangaReader, except there’s a bug where I guess the pages just don’t load at all and the only thing I see for each chapter is blank pages. I suppose if it’s like for copyright reasons but why not just remove the whole manga instead? It can be kinda frustrating when I find something I want to read but it’s just blank pages.

I love MangaReader! But sometimes the pages don’t load so I have to guess what happened 🥲

MangaReader has a lot to read… the only problem is that it takes awhile for chapters to load and a lot of the times you have to go back and forth between chapters to get the chapter u were trying to read to load all the way.

The reader is great, and this is very well made.

Bookmark feature should be renamed Favorites. A bookmark feature would be saving page/chapter for rereading later (yes, plz) or where you are; the current implementation saves an entire book for reading later making it little distinct from the “read later” feature.

There should be a clear means of checking for available updates to saved books, and an indicator for what’s being checked for updates.

I don’t like the new update when I save the manga into my library and then open back MangaReader its not there 😓 and there’s soo many sometimes I forget the name of it and I can’t find it again..
Other then that the new update is alright. But please fix this bug issue

Maybe it’s just me but no matter if I’m on WiFi or just phone data some pages of manhwa or manga won’t load. No matter what, aside from that everything else is great!

I really enjoy MangaReader , however, it’s frustrating that it lags and you’re stuck waiting on a page to load. It’s not bad to the point of uninstalling but the issue still remains. I also wish there was a way of getting rid of the tap to scroll button. Otherwise great app, I’m excited to see where it ends up.

I like MangaReader so far as I’ve used it, but the bookmark page needs to have a way to organize your mangas by new releases where it puts them at the top of the page or an icon to say it’s been updated. It would also be nice to see what chapter you are on out of the available ones so you know how many you have to read to catch up to the newest releases, I don’t want to have to click on each manga to find out if it updated or scroll through push notifications to see what updated. No other issues that I’ve experienced though.

Overall great app, the pages just take forever to load up. Tons and tons of sources and mangas to read from but it’s just aggravating that you have to wait so long for 1 scan to load.

I love MangaReader especially since there is so much to read but pages take forever to load for some reason. Having to wait 30 seconds plus for the next page to load is pretty annoying but all in all fantastic manga app. Please just fix the load time for pages

I’m not sure if it’s an issue for just me but I find manga/wah that will show 36 chapters but are blank when you go to read them. Missing out on good reads

The only nitpick I have about MangaReader is that when I’m in vertical mode reading manwha, I can’t take in all the art because the pages take up the entire screen and I can’t fully enjoy the read.

I like MangaReader but one thing I dislike about it is that when I accidentally delete a novel from my favorites and go to search it up to favorite it again it's not there at all like Shutline it's one of my favorites and it actually has a good story line but it completely disappeared from MangaReader along with predatory marriage which is also a good novel. I just wish that MangaReader would not delete random novels and manwhas.

It takes forever to upload the pages which is very annoying 🤦🏻‍♂️

Lots of selections, Not too many ads and overall just a smooth running process
