Don’t spend money on monthly service
So i was ok with this app similar to the other book readers on the market however I spent money three times and still can’t get what I paid for. I’ve contacted customer service several times and no response… bought monthly membership with daily vouchers and still no vouchers… gonna ask apple for a refund cause this is crap… love the books here but you can’t read them without paying. 300 chapters to get to the first issue…books over 1000 chapters and ongoing…sad would have loved it but rip off with no support

You have to do multiple task to get vouchers to open up the chapters. Most books the first few chapters are free then they are locked. You have to pay to get coins to unlock the chapters. You get free vouchers after reading for a certain time limit but if you don’t buy coins you can’t read to get the free vouchers. Unless you start a whole new book and read the first free chapters. Only then do you get 10-15 vouchers and the minimum that I’ve seen has been at least 22 coins/vouchers to open a chapter.

I purchased coins I didn’t get and sent them multiple emails and screenshots of the coins I purchased and no response from company the coins and book I was reading were both gone I tried to get Apple to refund my money cause this company is a thief said no in app purchases but even when I have Apple receipt to prove it I’m giving this 0 stars please disregard that 1 star I wouldn’t even give it that
