I really enjoy HeroAssistant overall. I most like that you can add to anything including calendars, todo, notes all in one place. I do hope there is themes in the future. Only reason for 4 stars is that previous events in calendars don’t show up highlighted when viewing the calendar days( unless you go to that day specifically) another feature I’m not sure if it’s implemented is reminders for important dates. Viewing past to-dos would be nice. Or copying events too.

Everything works great in HeroAssistant ! There’re a couple things I really like:
- It allows me to send reminders to my partner that things he or we need to do, I now don’t have to text him anymore like before because very often the reminder get buried in the messages. (Ladies, this alone is the game changer, you do need to get your partner on HeroAssistant though)

- I now can create a list of things/plans and share with my partner without using email. That’s a life changed because we can both collaborate on the list and make comments on things at the SAME TIME! And recently I discovered that it populates recipes and any ideas when you only type in the title on the note, it saves me SO MUCH time to go to the browser and google things around.

- Sometimes I’m tired of typing, I use their voice feature to log a reminder or add stuff to the lists, and it’s really fast.

There’re a couple other things I didn’t list out, just want to say HeroAssistant has so much potentials. We need more thoughtful apps like this!

Update: I got an invite to join, HeroAssistant is pretty good.
I’m still learning how to use it. I hope it gets widely available soon.

It doesn’t make any sense keep it public if you need to have to be invited to use it. It asks for your phone number before even let you you see how HeroAssistant works.

Hopeful that this can work as my single place to manage calendar, notes, and to-dos. The voice-based assistant is smarter than I expected once I learned to trust it. The partner collaboration features seem promising too, so looking forward to trying that out.

I’ve been using HeroAssistant a few days and am so glad I found it. I have multiple roles and was overwhelmed with checking all my calendars separately. This has streamlined my life! The only issue is see is that my microsoft accounts wont connect and I wish I could tailor the news sources.

Hero is great for managing my calendar and reminders using my voice when I’m on the go. I can access information and groceries directly from my to do list, so it helps me get things done in one place. I’m excited to see HeroAssistant replace or streamline many more of my personal admin tasks over time!

I obviously love that HeroAssistant is actually 100% free no other features that you need a subscription for. The developers are also really understanding and have personally answered my emails about new features. Easy interface to get used to and the morning screen is really cute.

I own a small business, yet even then I find myself struggling to balance work and personal life. I want to be able to work efficiently and get my tasks done, but I also want to save some time for me. HeroAssistant has helped me to do just that and more. Best of all? I haven’t paid a dime for it.

HeroAssistant is great! Aggregates everything into one place and my husband and I can easily be on the same page/schedule without sifting through a bunch of different apps/calendars.

The AI integration allows for more in depth and complete notes. Being able to research and connect thoughts all with voice technology creates an environment for peak productivity!

This is the first app that has been able to solve my calendar problems. I use Apple for my personal calendar and google for my work calendar. Previously each morning I would have to check two separate calendars. Now all I have to do is open Hero and all my events are on one calendar, color coded! Its a great app to simplify life.

Awesome app to organize things in life in one place. Smooth and intuitive UI, handy built-in AI assistant. It takes some time to explore everything HeroAssistant offers, but once you get there, the whole app just make sense despite of the large numbers of features. I can see it gradually take over as my main cal/note/reminder app over time. Great app!

HeroAssistant is awesome and perfect for a parent / family on the go. It consolidates information I’d previously managed through multiple apps (mainly calendar events, notes, and reminders) into one place and is much quicker to use than any of those other individual apps.

It was also easy to connect with others in my circle that I need to coordinate with regularly and the user interface was simple / easy to pick up quickly.

Everything about HeroAssistant reflects that it was designed with utility to the customer and ease of use in mind. Like having a personal assistant in your pocket!

HeroAssistant is like a personal assistant, I juggle with managing my time tight schedule for work and family as a mother of two — HeroAssistant will save your life, not missing any of the important schedule. You’ll be able to set up the reminder and to do list and many more ways to accommodate your schedule for the day week and months!

HeroAssistant makes everything so convenient! The interface is streamlined and and is intuitive. When i first started using it i didn’t really see a use for it since i got used to other apps already but the more i use it the more useful it gets. It replaces like 10 apps for me and I'm really looking forward to future update to see how many more it will replace! Hero my hero!!!

Sorry but this has nothing over Google Assistant. One app that does many things worse that each separate app. I am sure the next Siri will be able to do this in two months. Basically Google Assistant with Perplexity for AI simple questions. All the apps individually do a better job. Calendar Assistant. Perplexity, Weather, etc.

Recently had a second child and needed a better way to manage life. Came across HeroAssistant and so far it’s been meeting our needs. The talk to text feature has been helpful as well the as up to date grocery lists capability. I can see the shared calendars being helpful come time to schedule follow up doctors appointments for us. Will continue to use and try out its other capabilities.

Thank you for creating the Hero App! It's incredibly easy to use and has made our lives so much easier and more convenient. Writing down useful notes and commands every day has never been simpler. My wife and I use it to coordinate our schedules and share important information, enhancing our productivity and communication. Your app truly enriches our daily experience. Keep up the great work!

I absolutely love it! The customizable settings make it a truly tailored experience. It also has a beautiful interface. Still exploring what I can do with it, but love how it helps start your day with a routine, makes it easy to reset time on a todo, and how InstaCart will add your grocery list to a cart for you with the push of a button. I don’t use InstaCart usually, so I hope they will add the ability to choose a different app for this feature, like DoorDash.

I’m one of those people who has, since day 1 of having Siri, wished for a smart AI assistant to organize my calendar and intelligently set and manage reminders.

Due to my ADHD brain, writing things down and being consistent is HARD. I’m a very verbal, “auditory learner” type, and I like to “speak my plans into existence,” so to speak.

Hero is the solution I feel like I have been waiting for since I got my iPhone 4 back in 2011.

Not only is AI seamlessly integrated into the scheduling process, but you can add your partner to HeroAssistant to tag-team tasks.

My wife is THRILLED that she can now not-so-subtly nudge me to remember to text back one of our mothers (I’m a phone call guy 🤷🏻‍♂️)

OH and the shopping list “sort by aisle” feature??? *chef’s kiss* yall… amazing

Anyway - this review barely scratched the surface, but all-in-all, it’s a great app with a phenomenal look and feel, and it’s very intuitive to use and get your life in order.

i tried many different apps to keep things in order but no single app gives the comprehensive view of what’s happening in my life— Hero does this with smart things like calendar management and todo listing. Their voice experience works pretty good.
