I am unable to connect to SentriKey. When I click the app, it spins around and around trying to connect to the server. All my other apps are working so I don’t think it is the wifi

Sentrikey crashes on my iphone. It's and older iphone running software version 12.5.7. Is there any way to get to work?

- Does not show personally owned boxes by default
- Watch app does not sign in
- Needs to add a way to renew card on the app
- Troubleshooting faulty product for hours on end
- App is no longer working and key card was discontinued
