If LongRealtyAZHomeSearch would stay open for more than two minutes I would rate it five stars. Every time it crashes you have to start at the beginning. The latest issues are that it just give a loading sign and won't even open. Deleting it from both my phone and ipad.

Not every house for sale from multiple listing is listed at Long Reality website.

Saw add a n paper but I can’t find the listing w the MLS#.

LOVE this Long Realty App. I use my Ipad for searches for myself and friends. It is very fast and up-to-date with exceptional photos and descriptions. Search on various prices ranges and locations besides your immediate area. Have recommended LongRealtyAZHomeSearch to friends that have used it for their searches, appoinments, and yes, home buys and purchases. Highly Recommended app.

I'm browsing the real estate market in Tucson, and this is a great app to do it with. It's not limited to only Long Realty listings, but appears to have pretty much all the MLS listings. The only negative comment I have is that the interface is not very intuitive. Otherwise, LongRealtyAZHomeSearch is a great example of why we use smartphones and tablets.

I’ve enjoyed the ease of use. Let me choose a personal pool as a search option.

Caveat though is that as many times as I’ve pressed the request more info or request a showing I’ve never been contacted.

Wonderful app, easy to use. The only thing I don't liked out it is that I can't delete saved properties once they go contingent. Please fix that and this will become the best app for real estate available.

I have used LongRealtyAZHomeSearch many times to look around and see what is available. Love the ease of use and the ability to move around the city to see different areas. Makes comparing a snap!

This is the best app I have found to do searches for houses. Easily set the criteria to refine your searches, and save them if you login.

The real estate agent said it updates every 15 minutes, so you get properties that might not show until the next day!

There is no need for any other home finding app than this one! LongRealtyAZHomeSearch is so easy to use and provides so much information. It is so nice that it shows not only up to date active listings but can also pending and closed sales if you want, as well. The Home Scan feature is a lot of fun, too!

My goto Real Estate App in Green Valley, AZ. Very current and accurate listing information. Love the Sold Feature, as it tells the real story (well almost).

I have had the previous app for over a year. Liked being able to chose for sale, sold or contingent. This totally updated app is not as user friendly for choosing preferences. Why does it have to access camera?
