Good app..but I have a question..

To the developers: would you consider an option to allow
People to pay individually for each watermark free render? It seems a lot of people enjoy CinemagraphPro but don’t feel a need to use it enough to want to shell out $15. I totally understand this is a professional tool but if you want to appeal to causal users, you really need to consider a casual price point. Perhaps .99-$1.99 for one render... or $5.00 for 3. Etc. Something to consider. Otherwise consider low-res option with smaller, less obtrusive watermark that lets your branding be displayed on social media sites without blocking the whole image. As it is, no one is using this to post on IG because of the watermark... and most people on IG aren’t paying $15 for access to an app for a month. Just saying...respectably. Cheers.

Broken Contract...Dishonorable Performance

This was an expensive app. I first purchased CinemagraphPro from CinemagraphPro store way back when it was first introduced. CinemagraphPro has been available for me to use up to the present iteration which demands a monthly subscription.
I can understand wanting to charge for added abilities but the abrupt cutting of program use altogether is a taking that is unfair to everyone who purchased CinemagraphPro. It breaks the contract in that our expectation that paying the price should enable us to use the product.
Its a marketing decision... i understand that. But it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I simply don’t like to be treated this way. Much has changed since CinemagraphPro first appeared. Many other apps provide a more reasonable, welcoming performance. So i will simply go there
Good luck with your predatory marketing decision... no doubt it will go well with those who choose to live in the jungle. Go and feed on someone else’s blood. Have a nice day ... anyway.

Great app but subscription kinda ruins it

CinemagraphPro is really good. The Cinemagraphs that it makes are stunning, and certainly catch the eye. My only complaint is that you have to pay or else there is a watermark. If I were running CinemagraphPro , I would make it so you could have 1 or 2 free renders a day, with some features blocked. This would make it so that people who aren't serious enough to pay $15/month for CinemagraphPro . I really like CinemagraphPro, and I hope that I can use it in the future without paying for a monthly subscription, or shelling out $300 for a license.

Great app for pro use

Seeing all the negative reviews about price and the water mark made me do this review. Have been using it for a few years and love it. I use it on desktop as well. If you are looking to create many of these kinds of videos for your business or if you are a content creator, this really streamlines the process. A make a videos like these monthly. If you are looking to do a video like this once in a blue moon, this is not for you. If you can do this on your own on final cut or whatever, great, you don't need this.

Free app details misleading

App takes YOUR OWN PERSONAL videos, and ADDS THEIR OWN WATERMARK over YOUR OWN copyrighted (yes you took pic you automatically own the copyright) content! All for using their app and will not remove THEIR watermark from YOUR personal COPYRIGHTED PROPERTY UNLESS YOU PAY THEM FOR IT! Holding your PERSONAL images for ransom!

Ok

It’s a lot of work just to get one perfect photo. I don’t wanna buy a tri pod just to get one photo. The watermark is a little crazy. It should be small and in the corner but it’s all over the whole picture. I think they should shrink the watermark or just make it go away. Just cause you can make pro looking photos doesn’t mean the watermark should cover the whole picture. It’s really hard to take one cool photo but some photos you work hard on turn out really cool. But it’s so much work for someone lazy like me lol trying to get a cool photo. But if you have the determination and patience this is probably a good app for you.

Frustrated

Signed up for a year. WAY over priced for a gimmick. Cool for a while. I really only used a handful of times. If you have final cut or photoshop you can do this for free. I later found this out. I canceled this subscription (or at least I thought) three months after buying. Just got a bill for $200 for another year renewal. No email follow up, warning saying hi your subscription is renewing this month. I have zeros emails from flixel for an entire year. Except the one today telling me they charged my account. Basically a sneak attack. To boot, there is no phone number or email contact listed on their webpage!

Excellent but could improve

I love making cinemagraphs using CinemagraphPro. I didn’t honestly know they were a thing until I downloaded it but it’s so fun to make them. One thing I wish however, is that I could pay a one-time fee to allow me to remove the water-mark. I don’t want to make a membership for all the apps but I would like to remove it for a small price maybe. But other than that it’s great and easy to use to make quality cinemagraphs.

You need a better watermark!

**** CinemagraphPro. The watermark is terrible! They need a better watermark, not those birds that makes the video so annoying. Also, 60% of people say CinemagraphPro is trash, I’m one of them. And also pay 300 dollars to remove the watermark for a year? Unbelievable, these developers are obsessed of money, not CinemagraphPro , of course! If those people won’t fix this then CinemagraphPro will be rated a single star. Better make CinemagraphPro better or else it’s going to be like that. Also, this needs an undo/redo button. This is annoying as you need to close CinemagraphPro and then go do the video again.

Those people care about money, not CinemagraphPro .
No hate.

This is a paid app but the company still puts it’s watermark over your video

I purchased CinemagraphPro as part of a bundle. The only app I was actually interested in was pixaloop. Once I figured out how to use CinemagraphPro I will say that it has a lot of great features if you’re WILLING TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $20!!!!! I paid $50 for the bundle. I should not have to pay $20 more to take the watermark off of my videos. I understand all apps have in app purchases for additional features but it’s not reasonable to totally cover the video with watermark on a paid app. I will be requesting a refund and I’ll just stick to the $20 pixaloop app I wanted in the first place.

Ehhh

I thought it was a very cool app and just yesterday I went to Central Park for the first time and tried to use it at first it was difficult but then I got the hang of it and as my picture came out it was watermarked and to get rid of it and have a clear picture I have to pay like $100 or more for a subscription. This was full of bull💩 so I saved the pic with the watermark and deleted CinemagraphPro for I’m not wasting money over a app that wants to charge me over $100 for just 1 picture with a moving background if anything I’d take a live picture next time.

So close to five stars

So close to five stars because it works great but I am NOT a fan of doing all the work to get a great photo and THEN become told I have to pay $15 a month (at the least, smallest package) to get the non- water marked version & no... it’s not a small water mark. It’s almost a grid over the entire photo. I wanted to include CinemagraphPro in my next blog post so bad but I’m not paying that much ..

Geared To Business Use

Like others, I found CinemagraphPro cool and easy to use but then realized there is a subscription fee in order to save without watermarks all over the image. For casual fun use, $15 a month or $100 a year is way too much. Only someone using these images for a business might be willing to pay as much as an Adobe Photoshop subscription for CinemagraphPro. No thanks. I’ll be looking for another mobile app or do the same thing in After Effects on my computer.

I love it but then it rips off people’s pocket

As much as I loved CinemagraphPro and made several cinemagraphs using it, it always hits me hard at one point. When it originally came out, the watermark was big but not as annoying as the new one which takes off into the entire frame. These guys behind CinemagraphPro are pretty genius and did an excellent job at marketing it at first. Now, it all was history. I posted them all with the watermark since the beginning. A commoner too can have a way with a professional app… Don’t be greedy guys

Dear Developers

I don’t know what is with this new trend of paying a subscription every month or year just to have access to 60% of the features, for this very reason I can just keep my version of adobe premiere Photoshop and just use a computer you can buy the whole program, these programs on the phone aren’t complex enough let alone have enough features to warrant a subscription and I surely won’t waste the money to find out. I appreciate your efforts but it won’t win me over.

Drastically overpriced!

It’s a neat concept, sure, but not worth over $100 a year to mess with! And while some services put a small watermark on a corner of your image, this one covers the whole thing with a grid of birds! The logo itself isn’t too bad, other than the fact it is repeated over the entire image! I’d give it 2 stars, except that it’s current 4.6 average seems artificially high, I can’t believe that many people are willing to throw away $100 a year for a cool gimmick, or are happy with the free watermark.

Good app / bad price point

These app is good however it is to expensive, I really do not like subscription apps. I guess they are aim at companies or marketing people. But for individuals or occasional users that want to use it, the price is to steep. I would consider paying maybe every time I render or something like that. Apps that offer a subscription really exclude a lot of potential customers.

By

Pricing is RIDICULOUS!

I would give this zero stars if I could. I bought CinemagraphPro awhile back and must have paid no more than $5 for it — and it was worth it. Now they are putting a watermark on it unless you pay $99/year or $299 for a single license?!? Are you kidding me?? It is a great app for what it does but it is not worth more than $5. I could buy the same exact software that PROFESSIONAL photographers use for less than what they’re asking now. I’m shocked at how ridiculous this is!

By

Good concept

I gave 3 stars generously because of the concept. I absolutely HATE that you have to have a subscription for the watermark to go away. It is absolutely USELESS with the watermark. I will absolutely NOT Have another monthly charge to pay for an app. Make it a one time purchase and maybe I’ll do it. But I am about to completely delete CinemagraphPro. It is useless to me right now.

It would be awesome... if it worked

I love CinemagraphPro , and I’m crazy about cinemagraphs, but I can’t really use CinemagraphPro . I can’t manage to upload or record any footage in CinemagraphPro ... I managed to import videos to other similar apps, but neither one would open here. Too bad, since it looks like a much nicer app. And I payed it as much as I recall.
