Close and restart the Dominoes app on iPhone
Update Dominoes app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dominoes iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dominoes on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dominoes network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Dominoes App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dominoes » click [Force Stop]

Update Dominoes to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dominoes App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dominoes » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dominoes.

Fix Dominoes unable to contact server/ Dominoes internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dominoes » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dominoes » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
