Familo has not worked in over a year. You can’t update anyone on the map, the alerts don’t go off for weeks and then you suddenly get multiple old notifications at once, it is completely useless. The support doesn’t respond for several weeks after you request help, and then ask a bunch of irrelevant questions that don’t resolve anything. There isn’t a better app that I’ve found, but that doesn’t mean you should download this one. Save yourself the space on your phone; this is the digital equivalent of a paperweight.

Works as supposed to, however, when tracking someone, it only tracks for a seconds until you are required to tap the continue icon. I’d prefer it continually do the live tracking until their destination is reached, without having to tap anything more or at least have this as a option.

It used to work but for the past couple of months it doesn’t work. It will try to locate my family members but without fail 100% of the time now says it can’t. When my family comes home it’ll send me a notification that they’ve arrived a few hours after the fact.

I upgraded to the full version hoping it would fix the issues but zero improvement so now I have buyers remorse to top it off. Considering it doesn’t show where anyone is once they leave the house, it’s pretty worthless. So disappointed.

For the most part I can locate those in my group. It does seem certain members of the group frequently have to update their status.
Location timing is often delayed up to 10 minutes and in some areas is less precise than other areas.

I'm giving Familo 4 stars hoping it will give me more options so I can do more. This is what others have said. But it's not very user friendly.

Me and my gf use Familo to keep up with each and 75% of the time if doesn’t work. We hardly go on Familo and use the “places” notifications to let each other know when we make it to work, home, or just out places. It will work 25% of the time but the rest of the time it doesn’t work at all. Need work and improvement on location and notification skills.

Overall, Familo does exactly what we had hoped: helps us easily locate each other, allows for easier coordination of schedules based on location, and offers peace of mind.

Either my spouse has an iPhone that every single control is set to work, or there’s a nifty cheat cheating switch to turn on. He has it clearly set to be seen, he’s connected to either WiFi or data, and it cannot locate his last location from being at home several days earlier. I know he’s been right in front of my eyes and he’s invisible.

I was able to keep track of my close ones when necessary.

My wife and I use it and both love it especially with our trust issues due to past relationships this helps out a lot.

Familo was semi-reliable under the original owners. Since the change in ownership, it is useless far more often than it is functional. My husband is a paramedic, and I relied on this to contact him when he wasn’t on an emergency. Now, for months it won’t track him at all. This isn’t new, why isn’t it fixed??

Great way to make sure family is safe no matter where in the world you may be at.

People in our group often lose connection and have to log back into Familo to get it to work again.

Familo does what it supposed to. Easy to set up, good notifications and plenty of features.

I love it it's a great way to find ur family if there lost or need help. Me n my husband use it all the time.

This is a great app. I hope it started to work properly after review 💆‍♂️

I have tried multiple times to get feedback from app. It it’s random about when it says someone arrives somewhere. Even in the middle of the night when they are home and asleep.

Very difficult to use, I am not able to delete groups I created.. It is not user friendly. Id rather use fb app to share location which is free

My grandson Set it up so I could see where he was. However it always tells me that he has no Wi-Fi connection. Only once was I able to see where he was in a month. This certainly doesn’t live up to its expectations.

I like it. Works well
