After not being able to get any reliable results (correct current or last location of cell phone), I read reviews more carefully...
After reading through the reviews I recognized (and so will you) the positive reviews are strangely similar - one sentence, often saying "great for...." supplying no details one typically sees from actual reviews. Many reviews are identical except for the adjective, e.g., replace 'great' with 'excellent', or 'superb' or 'gives peace of mind to ...'
No details about specifically what the app does, or how it does it, no feature function complaints, suggestions, kudos. Where every other tracking app on the planet seem to experience at least some reliability issues in determining correct location.
The positive reviews also appear to be clustered in date ranges or exact dates.
All are evidence of self populated reviews, or fee paid to companies who provide review population services.
And finally, u have no choice but to integrate with Facebook as part of your account creation and setup process-meaning Facebook stores data about your tracking, etc. even if you have no Facebook account.

Go to manage account settings through iTunes. Locate your subscription tab and you can unsubscribe through them. Otherwise you can contact iTunes directly and see if the can help you.
Or if all fails go through your bank and manually go through the process to have your payment stop.

I read the privacy terms and they are setting you up to get scammed or your phone hack, please don't get the other three comments are fake. It keeps saying that it's not responsible for third party websites... it most likely is saying that so they are not suspect when they hack your phone and bank info.
