I feel like this is an app that doesn’t entirely understand the need it’s supposed to fill. Some apps need to be able to perform a large number of computations at once. It’s understandable that these apps would take a while to load. This app, though, isn’t one of them. Essentially, all it needs to do is display a single image file showing a map. It’s users include people who are in a rush, who just got to the metro station and need to *quickly* figure out where they’re going. Tor them, it needs to load instantaneously. For them, the five to ten seconds this thing takes to load feels like an eternity. It isn’t worth whatever features cause it to take so long to load.

This app is useless if you want actual train arrival times. They are always early or late, and I’ve learned to not rely on it because I’ve missed a train one too many times. The adds are incredibly frustrating when you need information quickly. The UX is not intuitive or friendly. The kicker, the app doesn’t even work on metro wifi

It’s a holiday weekend and when I arrived at the station there was a metro with riders in it and doors closed. The driver sat for 3 min and left without opening the doors again. We waited over 20 min for a train to arrive. All the while hearing reports that there was a delay. The driver should’ve opened the doors again knowing there was a delay and we would wait extra time due to silver line issues
