I was hoping I could connect the aespa fanlight through SMTOWNOFFICIAL on bluetooth mode but this cannot even find their concert. App has no support - it redirects you to the website that mirrors same content and same problem. Useless.

Why is there no feature to change the colors of the NCT lightstick. Every other company has this feature. It makes no sense for lightsticks to only change color at concerts but not anywhere else. What a waste of money.

SMTOWNOFFICIAL is still pretty bad at connecting your lightstick specifically the aespa one. It can find the light stick despite it being right next to it and to make matters worse I managed to someone how make it go through, but it wasn’t flashing the red and green colors like it said so I removed it and now it won’t even get to that screen again. Just create personal numbers for each lightstick so it can be entered manually.

It seems I can’t login, and when I open SMTOWNOFFICIAL a dark screen of nothing appears.

I downloaded SMTOWNOFFICIAL primarily to sync my lightsticks for concerts, but I was also excited about the calendar that allows you to see the schedule of every SM artist.
The calendar had the wrong date for a concert I was attending and it was impossible to sync my Version 1 lightstick after trying many times. This greatly affected my enjoyment of the concert I attended recently. There was also no instruction concerning lightstick synchronization at the concert which is always available at concerts of HYBE artists. I hope that SMTOWNOFFICIAL is improved and will contain a help section and a contact us section in the future so that these problems that affect fans can be resolved.
