I bought the ticket. It has all kind of info in DallasMavericksOfficial and viewing the ticket is hidden under 3 layers. Menu options are so counter intuitive. I think the product owner of DallasMavericksOfficial should be fired

I tried to submit feedback thru DallasMavericksOfficial and got a 404 error. Trying to buy 2 tix to a game and filter is completely unresponsive so I can’t search for tickets together. Bad app. iPhone XS iOS 13.1.3.

The main thing viewers want to see in a “sports” app is THE SCORE. Highlights.... yes, but ultimately we want to see the final score up front. Either DallasMavericksOfficial doesn’t have the score posted at all or it is really well hidden. C’mon man.

They want to track your every step. They will know if you’re not in your correct seats. Turn off your location for DallasMavericksOfficial.

I’m a MFFL! DallasMavericksOfficial just doesn’t do it for me. Wish it would have the game play by play with players who are actively on the court and just more realistic. Wish they had the game option to hear it through the radio on 103.3 ESPN. Wish you could see other NBA stuff on there if need be just to do more research. Wish they would show injury reports and line ups. DallasMavericksOfficial is buggy when I click on players it freezes out. Just needs a lot of work.

Big time Mavericks fan! Really poor app, I would expect better from an owner who is all about technology. Their focus is on marketing, not really what a fan is looking for. It is difficult to find items and they often seem in the wrong category. Easier to find a box score on ESPN then the teams own app. Dallas Cowboys website is way better, easy to navigate, lots more content and everything is logically placed on DallasMavericksOfficial .

Been one for about 5 years and a MFFL, but DallasMavericksOfficial is trash. Mobile ticket scanning never works and the reps don’t know how to support it. I expect more from techy Mark Cuban ;(

I’d think a professional sports team, making millions of dollars, could hire a competent app designer. Difficult to figure out how to do something as simple as downloading a team schedule. I know I’m not the most tech savvy but think this should be pretty basic

Asks me to log in using my existing account info...the account I’ve always used to manage my tickets. Says “invalid username or password.” Try to register for a new account, says “account already registered please log in with your existing username and password.” I’m done trying. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
